I like the easy to understand comparison charts when choosing between bronze, silver, platinum etc. The communication before policy expiry is good. And so far, there have not been big changes in the look of the next year’s policy, so it only takes a few minutes to choose and renew. Prices are getting up there, but it’s the same with other companies as well. I have not had to file any claims yet.

Just very easy to renew online. Haven't ever had to claim, and hope we don't but if ever we do, we hope to find it's just as straight forward.

The process was simple no need to go into the office. Our updated insurance plan was sent to us we clarified we wanted to continue with the policy, paid the premium and the policy was emailed to me.

I've had the travel insurance for now 3 years and no peoblem at all but ro be honest i haven't had to claim anything.

i told your agent in torrevieja 4 days after the policy was paid for but i am not happy with the service so i asked to cancel it and refund my money....in spain you have legally 10 days to cancel a new policy--PLease contact them in the torrevieja office..I am going this afternoon for my refund
