Excellent service

Had to take car for a recall issue, from service on the phone to the lovely lady at the service department it all went smoothly. Had a complimentary check and car wash (which was much needed) - didn’t expect this so was a lovely surprise when I went to pick up the car.

Mobility car service absolutely first class service, car picked up at 10am returned by 2pm, would highly recommend.

Made an enquiry about a part exchange for a vehicle they had on website. Initial contact from Tommy was spot on and then I was passed to Steven. Received 4 calls, several texts messages and emails on day one to try and get the deal sorted. Willing to give good price on my car and work my negative equity into overall cost along with my £2k deposit.
End of day one all paperwork sorted to send to finance company, this would take place next day due to timings.
Next day radio silence, following day I have a missed call and call it back couldn’t get a hold of Steven, 4hrs later and 3 more calls still no return call. Roll onto next day and give a call again and finally manage to get Stephen.
Low rate finance was an issue and he was going to sort it and it was a 50:50 call on it but his mate worked for finance company and he’d get it sorted!!
Now onto day 5 and lo and behold no answer from Steven on the 2 calls I give. Both times he was really busy with customers and would get back to me.

It’s amazing the effort that goes into trying to get the sale and when there is a small bump in the road, that enthusiasm to keep in contact with a customer disappears. Pity really as the higher rate I could have taken by putting a higher deposit down.

Just bought a car from Chloe and I could not ask for better service. Work was done to the car in a quick manner and ready within a couple days. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish and I could not be happier with the car and the service I received.

Our first time buying from Evans hawkshaw dealt with Richard Gibbons and was given first class service all the way. Would highly recommend.

Just bought a car from Stephen/Robert they were both very helpful made me and my husband feel very comfortable thanks again will definitely recommend.

Car due for manufacturers service.

The dealership wasn't the closest Vauxhall dealer to me but I chose Evans Hallshaw, Falkirk as the service cost was less than other dealerships and they offer a two hour 'While You Wait,' service appointment too.

I was invited to wait in the showroom and offered free refreshments but I decided to go for a walk to the Kelpies after Jim who was dealing with my appointment suggested places I could go for a walk.

My car was ready on time, cleaned, and there were no surprise additional costs.

Not the most convenient location for me but their price, appointment availability, and customer service would convince me to drive a few extra miles for the next service.

Poor customer care. We bought a used car. Identified three things that needed repaired before we’d pick up. Told we’d get a call when ready - never called and had to chase up twice. Then told it was ready but when we went to collect it hadn’t been repaired. Again told they’d call us but they didn’t. Would never use again.

Brilliant for aftercare, the service department are spot on and efficient 👍I’ve used this branch in Grangemouth for years with all my work vans I’ve had, they do what they say on the tin !!! I use EMAC monthly payment so no massive bills ahead and the van keeps running👍
Will say though , the sales team are the exact opposite to service dept , I’ve spoke to two people regarding a new top of range Vivaro but they obv aren’t interested as I asked for the figures to trade in for a new van twice, obv not interested so back to where I bought the van because they are keen to take the money and get new van under way !!

Evan hallshaw , this is the problem with your answer to my trustpilot review, I’ve asked twice & never got contacted, this is why I have reviewed instead I write this instead of wasting my time asking again for a new van 🤔

I was very happy with the customer service i received from Steven, Daniel & Yaseen. They let me have a look around the vehicle i was interested in sorted a test drive for me and explained in detail all the different options and proccesses for purchasing the car. All in all a very pleasant experience

I visited the Falkirk branch, and Louise was very helpful, I am so happy and I will definitely go bag in future, they even clean my car after service, thanks a lot appreciate

10/10 for the service department! Spoke to different people on the phone who were very helpful and when I visited the girl I dealt with was lovely! Highly recommend!

Always get a good service at Halshaws, Falkirk. Car was in for a service & MOT. I was sent a video of the Health Check where you were shown different parts of the car that were faulty or not. Great for non car tech minded like me.

Booked my car in for its first service for yesterday. I was held up in traffic on way to garage and I phoned to explain. I was told to take care and she would see me when I arrived. I was about 15 minutes late and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area as I was waiting for it. I was expecting to wait about 4 hours but the car was ready in 2 hours to my delight. Car serviced.washed and hoovered and I was over the moon with the full experience. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Recently had our annual service, car picked up and collected with no question as I am recovering from recent heart surgery. Excellent service once again

Saw car I was interested in online and travelled through to have a look at it. Chloe approached us after a few minutes but there was no hard sell tactics thankfully, she simply got the keys allowing us to inspect the car and answered any questions. She advised us on our options and offered a test drive. When I decided to buy there and then she took us through everything as quickly as possible while she had the car brought to the front, given a quick final check and wash.
Chloe was aware I was limited for time and despite undoubtedly being advised to upsell me add on products and packages, at no point did she drag this out or put undue pressure on me to agree.
She even let me borrow her phone charger as my battery was low and I had a 2 hour plus journey home in my new car.

My car was taken in for an MOT. to my pleasure my car was hoovered and washed. Great service.

Also the service advisor was nice and punctual.

Outstanding help and advice from Bryan McKee with my next Motability car, who went over and above all expectations to help me this week. He literally moved mountains for me to get the car I needed (Vauxhall Combo e life Ultimate). I highly recommend Bryan at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Falkirk. If I could give 100 out of ten I would.
