Recall
I got a recall letter for an issue with the fuel pipe. Called them up and they got it booked in within a few days.
I had my car back after a few hours and got a little video showing all the checks carried out.
Sarah was great at keeping me up to date through out.

I have had all my cars from you in the…
I have had all my cars from you in the last 15 yrs all new by the way and I have a service plan on all cars so all services are covered. I took it for a recent service which includeds a wash and a valet but to my disappointment was still dirty with my dogs paw prints on bottom of door so not been done. All past services have been spot on which was at wakefield branch but recently moved to leed so it made sense to book Leeds but not very good.

There was some confusion about the…
There was some confusion about the booking so that the car was not entered for a full service. This was speedily resolved. After a health check needed parts were promptly delivered despite the Easter bank holiday and all efforts made to get the car ready on time for us. The reception staff in service were very helpful and kept us informed. All in all excellent customer care.

Take your money then no replies
I’ve had a shocking and unacceptable experience. After paying to reserve a car 6 days ago, requesting paperwork 5 days ago I still am yet to receive anything, even after waiting on hold for collectively over an hour throughout this week trying to contact you, as well as numerous emails. I made it clear that unless pre arranged I couldn’t answer a call due to work, spending all my breaks and lunches waiting on hold. Finally managed to speak to someone on Tuesday who assured I would be sent paperwork on Wednesday (yesterday) and I have received nothing. Sent an email yesterday requesting to cancel my order and refund my reservation fee as clearly my order isn’t manageable for this branch, and even that hasn’t been acknowledged.

Overall and with holding the extended guarantee, I serviced and MOT'd the vehicle through them. They are great with contact, very polite especially the lady in charge of my booking throughout. The work done was good with no concerns. However, I am disappointed with the lack of offering a courtesy car online when booked or even mentioned when discussed over the phone, costing me £35 in taxi fares. Would recommend then anyway as a main dealer and costs weren't too high considering.

Consistently great service!
The service at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Leeds is consistently great. My car was in for its annual service yesterday and it is always a pleasure to see the friendly faces again! The staff are great - helpful, professional and friendly and the waiting area with complimentary coffee is a relaxing place to sit whilst your car is in the workshop. Great work all round from everyone!

Billy went above and beyond for us
Billy went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much. From taxing the vehicle to ensuring we had enough charge to get the 80 miles home. He was great and we love our new Peugeot.
