Terrible unproffesional staff who do nothing for peoples confidence. If you leave the gym in a worse place than when you entered there is somethng fundamentally wrong with recruitment and training.

Read a few of the reviews and was a bit sceptical about joining? But after using the option of a free day pass I was more than happy with the facilities provided and the helpfulness of all the staff. Happy enough to take out a membership and still nothing to complain about.

Run down/old equipment, morbid atmosphere and unhelpful staff. Can’t wait for my membership to expire so I can avoid ever wasting money on this gym again.

Everlast Gym in Derby is good value for money. I mainly use the pool and do spin classes. The pool and changing rooms are kept clean. Showers have hot water. Staff are very polite and helpful. I struggle with technology; they helped me download ap'. For £30 a month you can't fault it. Read car park sign carefully. There is a 2 hour limit, but this is extended to 4 hours when you enter your reg into the machine near reception. That is usually plenty of time.

Popped in today to sort out a membership and the receptionists Megan and Abi made the process very seamless and easy 👌

They never clean the floors. Dust comes into your face while working on your routine...

Gym is actually really good value for money when you consider the size and cleanliness of it. Staff are polite and helpful. Things break, that happens in every gym especially when all the members constantly leave steam room doors open.
They need a scanner system to help the staff with check in, otherwise great.

Steam room is not working properly. The door to the steam room does not close 2 years already and was never repaired, despite the customer's complaints. The showers are horrible and dirty and the water temperature is slightly warm. Jacuzzi is not working more than 5 years. The managers do not care. In the changing room a lot of webs on the ceiling. Really bad fitness centre. Do not recommend

The company completely does nothing to fix the issues at the gym. The steam-room has been not working on and off for about a year and a half now. The staff keep changing and no one seems to actually care about the customer experience. They have a jacuzzi which needs repairing and it's been about 5 years now.
Absolutely terrible for the price you have to pay. The gym equipment is ok.

Great value, clean, decent clientele. I saw some of the bad reviews it got, I’ve never had any issues and always loved using Everlast. £30 for gym, swim and sauna is as good as it gets

A great gym. The staff are lovely and Ive made some great friends. Shout out to Lindsey, who's classes are hard but well worth it. Definitely recommend.

Great gym, well equipped and always spotlessly clean. Trainers are great, I particularly enjoy the strength and spin classes with Lindsey, Lucy, Jules and Natasha.

Everlast is really good value for money. It has all the equipment and lovely staff. If you want fancy pants this is not for you but if you are looking for a place to work out with nice people for not a high spend then this is for you ☺️

Good gym with plenty of floor space both downstairs or up, if you prefer to be out the way.
Various equipment and lots of benches available.
Good classes through out the week.
Personal training available as an option.
Small pool and steam room, but rarely busy so size is not a problem.
Friendly team and very reasonably priced for a well equipped gym with a good atmosphere for training in.

Ive been here for over 10 yrs

Made so much progress here thanks to the helpful staff and environment. It really encourages growth in me and the friends I bring along. I never feel afraid to ask the staff for assistance since they are so insightful and helpful. Another thing is the gym is always kept clean and everyone here is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend whether you are new or experienced. 👍

After being a member at this gym the standards have dropped unclean changing room machines that don't work and limited classes.
Not worth the money better gyms available.

The staff at the derby branch are just absolutely horrible and have no manners whatsoever. It’s been 4 days I’m trying to bring my 10 year old boy in for a swim and the staff kept telling me we can’t let kids in and then they told me kids are allowed 10 to 5 now I’m there and they won’t let us in and they took a charge of £5 for me coming and are making me wait for 2 hours to get in. The staff was also very rude and I will be cancelling mine and all my families contracts there and we will be moving gyms. Definitely do not recommend this terrible gym with very rude people and as I can’t speak English very well they were racial profiling me and making me feel very uncomfortable in public due to my speaking difficulties
