Right from my initial contact right to receiving my ring communication was 5☆
My mum passed away in January and my dad in March.
I asked if my initial order could be put on hold until my dad had been cremated so as I could have both ashes in my ring.
This was no trouble to EverWith

Which is a long time to wait once paying out so much and with ashes having been sent away so found this a bit distressing

Everwith contacted us by email at every stage of the process. There were clear guidelines given regarding ordering our rings. When we received our rings, everything was carefully packaged. When I contacted the company, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and caring. My daughter and I are delighted with our rings. I would definitely recommend Everwith.

I first had a heart locket made and was a bit gutted that it had scratches on it.

When everwith saw my review the next day they called me and said they were sorry I wasn't 100% happy, they went above and beyond to rectify this.
A new necklace was sent out which was absolutely perfect and they made my new piece of jewellery a priority

I received my order pack really quickly and it was really easy and straight forward. After my initial order I had a change of heart and changed my order. Everything was handled with care and sensitivity ,the only negative point being the item ordered was out of stock which took longer to arrive

I ordered a ring with my mums ashes in and unfortunately it took 8 weeks to arrive as it was out of stock in my size. Then when my ring arrived it was fast delivery from dispatch and it is really beautiful. Definitely worth the wait.
