I ordered 3 pieces of Jewellery which are all beautiful. I was kept up to date with where my order was at and when to expect delivery.

The whole process was simple, professional and great communication throughout.

Would use again, a great service, beautiful jewellery

Everything was handled with care and sensitivity ,the only negative point being the item ordered was out of stock which took longer to arrive

I ordered a ring with my mums ashes in and unfortunately it took 8 weeks to arrive as it was out of stock in my size. Then when my ring arrived it was fast delivery from dispatch and it is really beautiful. Definitely worth the wait.

The length of time it took for the item to be delivered was disappointing. Also the chain is too fine for the pendant. I wish I'd gone for a ring now as the paw is very heavy and much bigger than expected so not likely to wear it in a daily basis which goes against why I bought it.

The jewellery was beautifully crafted with sentimental care and conciseness

My mom’s ashes were received by ever with on 19/3/26. They emailed to say there was a delay in getting white gold stock but it would be with us within 6 weeks. We still haven’t received the ring.
One of the rings we received had a fault and started peeling away. They promised to remake the ring, we still haven’t received this one either.
The brochure says within 7 days. This is laughable. They don’t communicate with you, don’t deliver on promise and the quality for the price of what they charge is poor. £260 for a silver plated ring. No better than costume jewellery but it has my mother in. I guess now I have to wait for them to decide to send me the rest of my order and the rest of my mom’s ashes back.

I ordered 4 pieces of jewellery in total for me, my 2 daughters and granddaughter. We are so thrilled with them. It's wonderful that we all have a piece of Alan with us all the time. Thank you so much.

After a delay due to an item out of stock , I received my earings which are lovely super pleased with them . service was excellent an delivered was very quick.

The team at the end of the phone were helpful and sincere.

My first choice of bracelet was not available so they emailed me to apologise and offer me an alternative: which I accepted.

Waiting time was approximately 4 weeks : I called to chase and it was sent the following day: this was all good.

My necklace and bracelet both arrived today (9/5/26) at a cost of £435.00: I ordered silver as I have an allergy to gold - both charms on bracelet and necklace were elegant and contained the colour I requested. But, so so disappointed in the flimsy chains on both necklace and bracelet as we’re so very fine and will easily break if caught! I was so wanting to wear these items all the time but, sadly I will not be able to do this for fear of, if caught, that it will break and I may lose it. For the money it is so very disappointing 😢

Response to your reply - thank you for coming back to me - I am going to take this to a jewellers to ask about having this very flimsy chain removed and a stronger chain attached (which will obviously cost me further money) to enable me to wear these items safely.

The customer care is outstanding from the beginning to the end of the process. Everything is handled with kit gloves. Packaged beautifully and communication throughout the process. Any issues are dealt with immediate and sensitively.

The ordering process was very good and efficient. As was the customer service as I had to wait a few weeks because the style I chose was out of stock.

I was slightly disappointed with the thickness of the silver. The website image gives the impression of a thicker band. Overall though, I love my ring!

Absolutely love the memorial ring. Had to wait 12 weeks for delivery when it was supposed to be 6 - 8 weeks. Ring well made and finished company kept in touch during delay so 5 stars. Would highly recommend.
