I got upper and lower bleaching trays made and they are fantastic quality. I returned both impressions and the upper I’d taken wasn’t suitable so they sent out further putty. Returned the impression and called to check it had been received, the lady on the phone was lovely and confirmed my tray had been made and was on the way to me. Can’t fault the company, I’ll definitely use again when needed.

Ordered a retainers for just the lower arch, service was great. They do answer the phone and respond back to any queries you may have via email. I received my retainer within the 48 hour mark and I’m pleased with them. The price is very reasonable as my dentist tried to charge me £180 for just lower retainers which is insane.

I looked for somewhere in the UK who did retainers as Smile Direct club went bust. This place was recommended and I found the whole process easy and seamless. The moulds arrived for me to take my impressions within days. Sent these back and the retainer was with me within a week

The staff were amazing when I rang up, and one of the people that worked there sent my parcel for next day delivery so my retainer would come in time before my trip.

Good video guide and quick service delivered to me and back again. Impressions are ok but don't feel as in place individually for each tooth as I'd like. But guess that's what you get for doing it yourself.

Was a little unsure about using a company online instead of my dentist but I got a good feeling after looking at their website and reviews on here. So much cheaper than the dentist! The impression kit came quickly, the impression process was alright and I emailed them to check the impressions were okay before sending. I got the trays back about a week and a half after. They fit well and I look forward to using them. They don’t provide confirmation emails, dispatch emails etc but they are great on the phone so I called them and asked them to let me know when my product had been dispatched so I had a rough idea of when they would arrive. They were signed for Royal Mail so I made sure I was in for the days following dispatch.

I’d recommend this company, they have saved me time and money.

Is this place still operational? Paid for upper and lower mould for a few days and have yet to even receive a confirmation receipt other than a paypal one. Unresponsive by emails also 🤔

Teeth impression kit was delivered fast and had easy to follow instructions. After posting the impressions the retainer and whitening tray came back very fast and fitted perfectly. No complaints.

I have no received my order after 2 and a half weeks. Company is not reachable. I placed an order on 19/11/2023. I did not receive a confirmation email. I called the number on the website on 21/11/2023, no response, so I emailed the PayPal address of the company highlighting that I had not received a confirmation and I have still not had a response. Today I called the number on the website again, again no response. I’ve left a voice message. 2 and a half weeks with no confirmation or response is terrible.
