The only company that gave us a choice of different panels. The only company to take into account our neighbours chimneys, so proper professional advise rather than just selling panels. From then on decisions were easy. Installation trouble free. Paperwork arrived promptly. All good!

Evo Energy for us was just the Company to Supply and install our 4 kWh Solar Panel System.Everything was done when they said it would be and we were kept fully informed at all stages as to when the work was due to be done.Both the information given by the Sales Department and subsequently by the Project Management Team was bang on and we have no complaints whatsoever about the way the Project was carried out by Evo Energy.I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone else thinking of having Solar Panels installed.

A few hiccups, mostly with timing, but once that was sorted everything went smoothly. The installers were polite, quick, clean and professional, we had sixteen panels installed which were up and running in just one day, very impressed.

The original surveyor was thorough and impressive. I chose evoenergy for their track record and recent installation awards. When he left he said there would be about a 3-4w wait after paying the deposit to install date.
I was pleased that they rang 1w after paying the deposit to say they had a cancellation and they could start early, great
The company also kept me well informed at all stages- another plus
After this things started to go downhill sadly

The installation was due to start on the Thursday, I was left a message on my answerphone the previous day to say that the roofers would be coming as planned but the electrician could not due to personal circumstances but could they come on Sunday?
The roofers came but arrived without a ladder. Fortunately I had a set they could use, but this did not inspire confidence. Even I know that scaffolders do not supply ladders.
The roofers started work but had to stop for a couple of hours - the wrong fittings had been delivered and the correct ones couriered up from the main warehouse in Nottingham.
The roofers fitted the panels and apart from a cracked tile all went without a hitch.
The electrician arrived on the Sunday but quickly discovered that another external meter box was needed/hadn't been ordered. I had made it clear at the survey that I didn't want any meters/switchgear internally so the fact that we needed an external meter should have been picked up at that stage. The electrician apologised did what he could and said I would be contacted again with another date.
Another date was agreed and the installation finally completed - the promised 1 day install actually was spread over 3 days. Fortunately I am retired but otherwise would have had to take extra time off work
All in all some irritating and avoidable delays

Excellent company to do business with. Initially I dealt with a technically expert sales consultant who calculated various panel scenarios to accommodate to my roof and chimney layout. During installation I was impressed with their on-site roofing and electrical tradesmen who dealt with oddities in both my home's roof structure and wiring without fuss.

Now that the nine SunPower panels are installed I have access to a web-based monitoring dashboard which shows the daily, weekly, monthly and annual electricity production figures and a variety of other statistics which makes tracking my home's electricity usage a doddle.

Cannot recommend more highly.

From initial contact through the internet Upto final installation/commissioning Evo energy and their staff all acted with a very high degree of professionalism. There's was the highest quote I received but due to them using all top quality equipment and high guarantee terms also a no pressure sales consultant I decided to use Evo energy. I can safely say I am a 100% satisfied customer and would highly recommend Evo energy for anyone contemplating a solar Pv array.

I phoned a firm to make some comparisons and agreed to a surveyer visit to give me the lowdown. the young man that called seemed very knowlagable and up front with his advice and answers. He was very thorough. I was given a price which was almost double for a 4Kwh compared to the 3Kwh I had fitted by EVOenergy. I didn't know this at the time as it was the first price.
I Googled 'domestic solar panels' and at the top of the list was EVOenergy with a price for a fitted system,
NOT a price FROM. Other advertisers didn't give prices.
That made me enquire exactly what would I get for my money. I was so pleased with the results I agreed to have the job done by EVOenergy and have had no regrets whatsoever. Every thing happened when I was told it would and the workforce were prompt, efficient,tidy and pleasant. What more can you ask for?

Would recommend to anyone. Perhaps not the cheapest, but in my view the best, and you get what you pay for.

Good service if I had any queries were at the end of the phone showed me how to look at performance on the computer. The installers were on time and clean and we're happy with some children viewers.

Evo offer a professional and efficient service.

I am pleased with the installation but there were a few teething problems. On the day of the installation, two of the team were involved in a collision on the modtorway and one roofer with the occasional aid from the electrician had to install the panels himself.
The electrician had a few problems but eventually managed to get the system working. Unfortunately, the next day something was obviously wrong with the electrical linkages and I had to call the head office . They quickly sorted out the problem, (the electrician had installed a cable the wrong way round, ) and it has been working well ever since.
I am very pleased with the system, EON told me that it would take about two months for them to process my FIT application. My friend who used the same company but has his energy with British Gas has just had his accepted after almost 6 months !! I know that he also is pleased with his installation.
