I placed my order May 24th it is now June 22nd it is only a very small item so why is it taking so long will not be using this firm again

One of items (item code 3295661BLU) arrived damaged. I phoned your customer service on 27 Feb (they appear to be only open Mon-Fri) and I sent an e-mail with a picture of the damage (large crack) as requested. I would like a replacement asap but I have had no reponse.
