Ordered a medium sized machine & pads …

Ordered a medium sized machine & pads with promise of 3-5 days delivery, received an email to say our order was arriving separately. pads arrived within 3-5 days the machine took over a week and had to phone to find out delivery schedule. small issue really

This delivery took a week. My previous order only took two days. But everything went smoothly so I have no complaints

I had not dealt with this company …

I had not dealt with this company before but will be a repeat customer from now on. It was recommended to me by a professional floor cleaner. The service was excellent, in fact, by return of post.
