Extra wide brush heads

Brush heads I ordered were not in stock so Express Cleaning Services ordered some more but didn't let me know. I had to ring to find out otherwise I would rate their service five-star. When the order did come it was well-packaged and the brushes, made in Britain, look pretty durable. So well pleased.

poor delivery service

Definitely not express delivery it cost me £10 for the delivery of 1 item which took 4 days to arrive. I contacted the company asking for an explanation , received nothing...... what more can I say other than be very patient if you are expecting an express service.

I'm sorry that you are not happy with our delivery service but I'm not sure how much more we could have done in this case.

You placed your order at 6.29 PM on Thursday the 9th which is after our deliveries for that day have been collected. We shipped the order the next day using an overnight business courier service which arrived on Monday 13th at 11.21 as scheduled. We cannot use Royal Mail to send chemicals as this is not allowed and shipping is also more expensive for these heavy items with courier companies. The maximum we would charge you is £10.20 for any size order up to the value of £90.00 after that shipping is free and we will still send it overnight!
