When we arrived we were gretted by staff membe called Shane. He was very helpful and helped us pick out what we wanted which was a single bed and mattress. He was polite helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff
I went to the store in Northpoint Business Park in Cork and I must say the service was outstanding. I was looked after by the assistant manager, Shane Monaher, and he is an abolute gent. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to ring around and try to source the particular mattress I wanted, a bit earlier than I was supposed to get it. Highly recommend this store and will definitely go back thanks to Shane's outstanding customer service.

Robert was really so professional yet kind as well knowing that I would like the chairs I wanted as soon as it is possible . To be fair he can only do what he can ! I find the staff in Blackpool very helpful .
