Lots of lovely items to choose from we had gone in about 30 mins before the store was closing looking for a particular set of nesting tables. We were approached by a friendly member of staff to see if we needed help and then left to have a look first. Unfortunately what we were looking for was not there, but we had noticed a leather wingback chair that was also something we were looking for. We enquired and spoke to Dylan Rhodes who explained about the piece we were enquiring about and he didn't put any pressure on us as the store was closing as 6. He was very personable and knowledgeable and he was able to offer us free delivery and we both felt happy to go ahead with the purchase.

Come to install sofa that had previously been tried to be delivered, got a window out and everything and these two guys didn't even need it, got all in, installed and working perfectly, left no mess and so friendly. Jim shuffles, thank you so much for this.

Chloe was excellent in helping us to source matching items and provide design ideas for our living room. We felt we were assisted to exactly what we wanted from our sales experience with great speed and expertise which was suited to us with three children in tow purchasing a sofa and furnishings. We really enjoyed the experience as a result of sales staff Chloe. Thank you so much.

Got a mattress from Jonny, he was very helpful and friendly! He helped us with all queries, definitely recommend!

Was in store yesterday - love this place, always fantastic variety of pieces at a really great price. The staff are really friendly and helpful and really forthcoming with information. We were in store yesterday and were helped out by Adam Redfern.
He helped us choose and purchase a beautiful dining table. The whole process was painless from start to finish and we ended up with a real bargain. Thanks Adam! We’ll definitely be back in store soon.

Luke who served us was very helpful and informative. We were buying bar stools and he assisted us very well and we are very pleased with our purchase. We look forward to the delivery and trust that it will be equally as efficient as Luke was. We will definitely shop in this store again. Thanks again, Luke.

Conan always goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer service each time we are in the store.

My aunt and uncle dealt with Conan; extremely professional and pleasant and explained everything in terms of price and delivery timescale in a clear and concise way which was great! Lovely store and the deals were great for wha they got.

Have been trying to decide between a few tables at a few different shops, spoke to Alisha today from the coleraine store just for some logistics as I still hadn't made up my mind. She was so lovely, friendly and professional i decided to purchase with her straight away. Was very informative and got back to me about any queries straight away via telephone and email. Alisha has been amazing. Thank you so much. Looking forward to my delivery now 😊

Wow. A lovely experience in EZ living at Holywood Exchange, we were greeted by Samantha Moffett who went above and beyond for us. Samantha was so incredibly kind and created such a lovely experience. The item we wanted had long term delivery, after being disappointed Samantha managed to get the item for us within 6 weeks which we were so incredibly grateful for. The item has arrived and it is just perfect and we are so thankful how Samantha went beyond for us.

Thank you so much. Looking forward to returning and dealing directly with Samantha again. A credit to the branch at holy wood exchange and this should be recognised.
