Lovely store with really friendly staff. Paul Nutterfield helped me order an armchair for delivery to store. He was patient with me whilst I chose what to order and even pulled up additional images of the armchair in different lighting so I could be more confident with my purchase. The armchair arrived and is fab. Quality is amazing and so well priced.

We purchased a 3 seater couch
We purchased a 3 seater couch, 1 seater chair and sideboard table and tv unit. Delivery was ok but the couch had only 1 power lead, which it needed 3. There wasn't enough legs with the couch so the couch had to sit on the ground. The chairs were recliners. We couldn't use the couch for a full week. New parts sent out but not enough legs or bolts sent out plus wrong power cables sent. Another call out. Service guys called out and installed all but 2 legs are still shorter than the other legs. The new power cables are all too short and now require extension leads to all points. More money needed to be spent by us. Emailed customer service again but got no reply. Very bad service.

I popped into EZ Living Interiors…
I popped into EZ Living Interiors Dundalk to look for a 2 seater sofa for a small sitting room. John O’ Hare was more than helpful in helping me select the perfect style and size at the right price point. The experience was further enhanced by having the opportunity to spin the wheel where I won a 250 euro voucher for the store! Overall a very positive experience, reinforced by the excellent customer service provided by John.

Had a really pleasant experience finding and picking the right table. The staff inside were very friendly and professional, especially Aija, one of the shop assistants at Dundalk branch. She was quick to provide all the details and made the whole process more straightforward. In the end, because of her guidance, we were much more comfortable in picking the table that suited all of our needs and requirements.

Great location
Great location, spacious store. Amazing choice of different furniture and interior accessories.
Was looking for dining table and chairs. Sales assistant Aija Roburga helped me and explained about most popular choices and explained the time for delivery and prices. Definitely be back soon to purchase and to get more Christmas decorations.
