Luke Shields was lovely to deal with
Luke Shields, in the Dundalk store , was lovely to deal with . Extremely helpful, answering questions. I was in looking at , and subsequently bought, the Charlie 3 seater and he guided me along the way with my decision. Aija Roburga greeted us warmly in Dundulk store. We had a very positive experience with her customer service skills. Aija was extremely helpful and kind. She took the time to explain everything step by step, which made the process much easier and stress-free. We really appreciated her patience and clear guidance. We didn’t plan to buy the chairs that day, but thanks to Aija’s dedication and genuine willingness to help, we felt very comfortable during the visit and were strongly encouraged to make the purchase. Her friendly and supportive approach really made a difference.

Exceptional experience
First of all, coming inside the store gave us a lot on inspiration especially when styling/designing your own space. The staff in Dundalk branch, Aija, has been very welcoming and helpful in suggesting what can work for our house especially my partner and I are just starting to build our home.
