I'm from bike shop
I'm from bike shop. We had interaction with James Core from EZ Living interiors at Santry Dublin 9. He asked for quatation for bike to work scheme for his employer EZ LIVING INTERIORS however he didn't like the price so he shared negative review about our company to disencourage other people to buy at our shop. We didn't push him to purchase any product from us. He contacted us and received kind, prompt and quick information for questions he asked.
I'm writing to all potential customers of EZ LIVING INTERIORS from Santry Gulliver's Retail Park to stay away from James Core from EZ LIVING INTERIORS if you ever come across as he's disgusting person who is only looking to do the harm to other company for no reason. I think James Core shouldn't be working for EZ LIVING INTERIORS as he must have bad customer service skills and I think he's company did huge mistake by employing someone like him.

Amazing staff
Amazing staff, very helpful.
Got a couch that was in store and delivery was 5 days after ordering which was amazing.

I visited EZ living interiors in…Gullivers park, Santry Dublin
I visited EZ living interiors in gullivers retail park last Sunday. I was looking for a particular picture that I had seen in one of there other stores , unfortunately they only had the one hanging on the wall which they would not sell to me . I was greeted on Sunday by a lovely lady called christene, who was beyond helpful. Although they didn’t stock the particular picture she took my name and number and said leave it with her and she would see what she could do . As I had already rang different stores but no luck . True to her word she rang me on Monday having tracked down the picture for me in Blanchardstown. She didn’t have to do this , but this shows what true good customer service is . I will definitely be back and recommend the store to friends and family, a genuine lady .Also I might add when I went to the blanchardstown store I was greeted with lovely staff there too . Well done EZ living, I hope you realise what great staff you have . 👏🏻👏🏻

We had a fantastic experience with Nino at EZ Living in Santry while buying our new bed. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient, taking plenty of time to talk us through everything without ever making us feel rushed.
Nino actually saved us from making a couple of mistakes with our choices, and we really appreciated his advice and expertise. What could have been a fairly ordinary furniture purchase ended up being genuinely enjoyable, we actually had great fun with him while deciding what to buy!
If you’re looking for advice on furniture or beds, definitely go and see Nino in Santry. He knows his stuff, gives great advice and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff member in the store was very helpful. The product was delivered to my home at at the agreed date and time. The product was very satisfactory.

The staff Brenda and Mia were both very helpful and gave us a clear step by step of how the delivery process, care cover etc works. Mia listened to our needs and made great suggestions in terms of couches and mattresses.

New couch purchase.
I spoke to Marco in the Gulliver's Retail Park and he was extremely pleasant and helpful with my enquiries. He printed me out the details of my order and a breakdown of the costs. I returned the following day to place an order but even though Marco was on his day off, James very kindly went through everything with me and placed my order. We then agreed on a delivery date and James printed the invoice and very kindly attached Marco's card to my invoice. I thought this was a very kind gesture on James's part. The staff were lovely and very helpful and professional to deal with.
