Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience, got time to browse before being approached by a staff member and even that wasn't intrusive. Staff very professional yet friendly and courteous. Explained the delivery details and returns policy if needed. Lovely atmosphere in the shop. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will definitely be returning.

Pleasant experience on a miserable wet day

Siobhan - EZ Living Navan
Siobhan in the Navan branch makes everything so easy. I wasn’t able to make it into the store last week as I needed to stay home with my elderly mother, who was unwell. I rang Siobhan to order a couch I had seen online, and she kindly took care of everything for me. She even rang me back to confirm the delivery date and ensure all the details were correct.
Her helpfulness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to receive such attentive customer service, and it really made a difference during a difficult week. I would highly recommend both Siobhan and the Navan branch based on this experience.

I'd like to commend Eamon Moran for the excellent support he provided while assisting me with my furniture purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. His guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident in my decisions thanks to his help.
As a suggestion for improvement, faster delivery times would enhance the overall customer experience. While the in-store was outstanding, reducing the waiting period for delivery would make the process even more efficient and satisfying.
Overall, a great experience thanks to Eamon's professionalism and support.

John did a fantastic job serving me. I bought a bunk bed off him two weeks ago and went back to buy a couch and king bed off him. He really took the time to show me all my options and what would be the best for for myself and my family. Couldn't fault the service would 100% recommend anybody to ask for him when shopping there.
