Damaged goods waiting on solution
Damaged goods. Poor response. Still waiting for a fair solution.
Very disappointed with the customer service. My Augusto table arrived damaged in transit I got it on clearance but now I have to repurchase at a higher cost because the delivery team damaged my table and the only solution is refund. They won’t replace it.
I will be €351 out of pocket to replace an item damaged through no fault of my own, with a further month’s wait for delivery.
I would have expected the company to take responsibility and offer a fair solution rather than leaving me to deal with the cost and inconvenience of their delivery issue. Very disappointing experience.
