Efficient and friendly service
Easy parking, the sofa bed we wanted was in the showroom- so we could take a look at it- and even lie on it. And lovely to deal with Maite again. Friendly and efficient service.

Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Manuel Belinchón looked after us throughout our visit and provided all the information we needed about the furniture we purchased. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.

I had a really great experience at EZ…
I had a really great experience at EZ Living Furniture yesterday thanks to Sean Kelly, one of the sales assistants. He was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable while helping me choose a mattress. He took the time to let me try different options and explained the differences between them clearly without making me feel pressured at all. Great customer service and experience in general! Atmosphere of the place was also very smooth and pleasant.

Very satisfied, a good experience
Very satisfied with the in store service received when purchasing furniture. Delivery timelines explained and met. The 2 delivery guys Adam & Val were very knowledgeable, careful and courteous. Happy that they took most of the waste packaging away also, a nice bonus.

Great furniture store

We bought an expensive leather sofa and…
We bought an expensive leather sofa and bought the insurance the ezliving sold to us, called guardsman. We had an issue with the sofa and contacted Guardsman. They keep fobbing us off saying they are waiting for parts but refuse to give a timeline. Its been almost 6 months. After contacting ezliving, they were not interested and told us guardsman is a third party company, yet they sold us the policy. Just beware of third party insurances they sell. You. From our experience it was a way for them to make more money and not take responsibility for their products.

Guardsman is a third-party insurance provider and, while the policy is available for purchase through EZ Living Interiors, all claims and repairs under the Guardsman policy are assessed and managed directly by Guardsman themselves. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to make decisions or provide timelines regarding Guardsman claims from our side.
However, following your email to our Customer Care team, we did contact Guardsman on your behalf to request an update, and we understand they have since made direct contact with you regarding your claim.

Good shopping experience
On two occasions we had a really good experience with 2 members of staff in particular. Both were proactive in their approach initially but not intrusive.
Maita the staff member on day 1 was attentive, focused , friendly and very helpful.
On day 2 her colleague whose name I unfortunately did not get was equally attentive when Maita was busy with another customer. He tried to help us add to the previous order but when he needed clarification referred to Maita who stepped in and completed our request quickly and efficiently.
Both were very pleasant throughout the whole interaction and made shopping in your store a good experience.
