Didn’t receive what I was supposed to…
Didn’t receive what I was supposed to and told after wards that’s not in the system ! Showed a sofa with lots of cushions and told that’s what I would receive but not the case! Promised a piece of material into the deal and then had to pay for it !

Upon a full review of this case, we can confirm that the items delivered are consistent with those listed on your invoice ,
The cushions to which you refer are sold separately as is the additional fabric
My apologies if any miscommunication had lead you to believe otherwise.

Great Branch
Lovely, friendly staff who are available to help when needed but not pushy. Good communication with regard to delivery dates and keeping updated along the way. A beautiful shop, well laid out with lots of different styles to suit all tastes. Offered coffee or tea when in the shop and a nice shortbread biscuit which was a lovely touch, making it feel like an experience rather than a chore. I would definately return to this branch for any future furniture purchases.
