Great customer service Alisha
Have been trying to decide between a few tables at a few different shops, spoke to Alisha today from the coleraine store just for some logistics as I still hadn't made up my mind. She was so lovely, friendly and professional i decided to purchase with her straight away. Was very informative and got back to me about any queries straight away via telephone and email. Alisha has been amazing. Thank you so much. Looking forward to my delivery now 😊

Excellent customer service
I popped into EZ living yesterday looking for some items, I didn’t realise they had such a good range of rugs upstairs, I got talking to a lovely lady called Vera who is a visual merchandiser I believe. I was asking her advice re the rugs and then spoke to her re what I was originally in there for. She was extremely helpful and I left with my purchase, I’m also going back this morning to purchase a couple of rugs. In the world we live in today it’s very difficult to get good customer service but thankfully Vera was an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you Vera ☺️

Coleraine store
We recently visited the coleraine store to purchase our sofa for our new home. We had previously dealt with Richard who was so friendly and helpful when we were initially enquiring so we knew that’s who we would like to come back to when purchasing the sofa! Richard was amazing and explained everything to us regarding purchasing and delivery times as well as payment options. He is a credit to the store and amazing at his job! Coleraine store excells in customer service
I called in to the coleraine store today to order a footstool and ended up with a foot stool and 6 new dining chairs. Alisha and Amina who was a new employee were brilliant and so patient with me and showed me round the whole store looking for the dining chairs which im so happy about. They took their time with me helping to choose the right colour and style until we got the right match for my house. This is my third time dealing with Alisha and her customer service skills are excellent. 5 stars today for her and Amina.

Very slow delivery
Sadly I’m still waiting for the delivery of my order. By the time it gets here I will have been waiting over a month. Not great for a £39 delivery fee.

Great customer service
Visited with my parents earlier in week. Helped my Alisha who was knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel not rushed and keen to get answers from others if she didn’t know herself. Alisha was not hard selling which helped us look with ease and definitely will be purchasing with them in the future.

We make every effort to keep the prices of our products as competitive and affordable as possible. Rather than building delivery and assembly costs into the product price for every customer, we keep these services as separate charges. This means customers who do not require delivery or assembly are not paying towards those costs, while those who do can choose the services they need.
We appreciate that the additional charges can affect the overall cost, and we’re always mindful of keeping these fees as reasonable as possible while covering the costs involved in providing the services.

Horrendous customer service experience
Bought 2 armchairs in Coleraine store. Delivered 2 weeks ago with one chair's legs missing! Customer services informed me they would consult with supplier. I'm still to hear back. Customer service dept never answer phone! Will have to take this up with my credit card company
