On entering shop we made a our way to the bedding section,and soon after a sales person cane to our aid.
The selection was enormous and took us through all the different range from soft to hard (mattresses) he was very knowledgeable and patient as we had a good try of the item we wanted , we agreed and went to cash desk where the politeness was evident we got all the details of price and delivery options and the deal was concluded,,a great experience with a warm and friendly staff I shall be going there in future

We order a sofa from the Taylor range…
We order a sofa from the Taylor range and before buying we spoke to a person in the Enniskillen branch and had been told that this sofa was highly accessible and could buy extra seat when needed to make the sofa fit into the room. We went back to order the extra pieces which the company found hard to find on their search. We finally found the correct pieces. We then ordered them and paid in full. Waited 3 weeks for delivery which was amazing but to then be told they didn't have all the goods. On their delivery note it was 1 armchair and 1 extra insert for the sofa but we had ordered 2 extra inserts. No email, no phone call to make us aware of this problem. I had to make contact with the company myself and they still didn't know what was happening. Extremely disappointed in the service and experience. Delivery drivers where amazing.

Great store in Enniskillen
Great store in Enniskillen, well stocked home furnishings with plenty of good quality choice. Staff are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We visited on two occasions before deciding on our new bed, we had almost exclusive assistance from firstly Peter and on our second visit Brendan. Items are reasonably priced, excellent quality and the complimentary coffee on both visits was excellent too. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

I don’t receive my sofa till end of…
I don’t receive my sofa till end of November but i just know its going to be amazing as I've sat on it laid on made sure my disability is not preventing a comfortable experience but i do have to say peter at enniskillen branch in fermanagh needs a massive pay rise he is so down to earth patient and all the knowledge we need didn’t struggle with one customer then after a hour with peter i told him i was going home to measure up me thinking he would then loose that fantastic customer service well not peter he encouraged me to do whats best for me he probably thought i was running but nope true to my word i was back within 40 minutes and once again peter went full out coffee for
My self parents and grandad what a man peter is eze give peter all the praise he deserves please you gained a new customer why he works for you thank you so much peter sir you are a legend 10 star rating for peter 5 for eze
