Good, friendly and helpful service regarding air con. Unfortunately had a fault which needed rectifying. Went above and beyond with advice. Would definitely recommend formula1 to others. Will return if needed.

I have been to this particular branch at Ashton in Makerfield several times in the past, the service was top notch, in fact exemplary, I had great difficulty removing my wheel at home due to tyre damage , I removed the bolts but could not fee the wheel, no problem one of the staff called on his way home, removed the wheel, then had taken it to his home, to be taken to Formulae One, the next day ready for me to collect, beat that for service.

Came in early and was seen to straight away. Decent price aswell.

Dropped my car off for an MOT at the choosen time, collected later on in the day. No messing about, no fuss, no piles of paperwork, just an easy straight forward process from booking online to collecting my car. Will definately use again when my car needs servicing or any work done.

Great price for a full service and MOT, nice and friendly team , quick turn around time , no leaving you waiting all day ,they are always happy to help when I’ve nipped in with little tasks needed like fitting of plates , puncture , air con residue

Good prices for the job and after a minor problem after with my cars wheel alignment after having a new tyre fitted my car is now ok

I had a flat tire on my way home and was unable to drive the car for safety reasons. The tire was unrepairable so the team were able to quickly get me in and put a new tire on for me so i could drive home.

Quick service and fitted me in when i was in an emergency such a big help! Rebecca and James thanks again :)

nice & easy site to use and great service from the centre.

Simon at the Wigan branch has gone above and beyond for me today to make sure that I get my van fully serviced, MOT’d and back on the road in the same day. He is also working past the branch closing time (6pm) which is not expected but wanted to make sure the van was back with me today as he said he would. Fantastic customer service and dedication from him, would highly recommend Formula One Autocentres Wigan.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!
One of the worst garages I have ever used. They think it’s ok to take your car out on the road during an MOT, rag it around the streets and bring it back with 16mpg, modern cars & technology, thought I wouldn’t notice!!
Absolutely no respect for customers cars whatsoever, plain and simple find another garage in Wigan. Shocking is not the word!!!!

Extremely Helpful.
I had the car packed up with the children in the car ready to leave for our holiday when I noticed an issue with coolant leaking from the car. I took it to F1 and they were so helpful and ensured that I was back on the road the same day and we were still able to go on our trip.

Had a full service... plus an advisory brake fluid change done on an 18 yr old car that I'm sure hadn't had a brake fluid change done in it's life... and I didn't tell them that beforehand either :)

Ordered 2 tyres online to get fitted 5 days later in branch 5.30 appointment got there apparently head office hadn’t sent the tyres, happens all the time I got told of the lad behind the desk who by the way really didn’t care, I just want my refund now cause I certainly will never use you again
