Booked vehicle in for Air con re gas and cleaning service. All details put in online while booking when i phoned up to as never got a time slot the bloke on phone noted wrong info despite being on the forms i filled online while booking
When i turned up only to be told that they cant do the re gas for my vehicle cause they dont supply it
Why advertise if you dont do such thing!
Bloke said ill get a refund but ive not had anything in regards to it

My experience was fantastic, I was treated to most polite curtis professional care throughout by both Manager (Vass), and centre Mot expert that handle my pre-booked vehicle MOT service. It is extremely rare being treated to such customer care. I recommend Enfield FornulaFormula one Centre to all, I will return when needs require too.

We have used Formula one, Enfield branch, for many years and never had a single problem. Vas and the whole team are helpful and knowledgeable and will always recommend the best course of action. The parts are of good quality and all work is carried out to a very high standard. We would recommend Formula One without hesitation. And the best thing is that they don't rip you off with the prices.

I always recommend the Enfield Formula One Autocentre as they are so helpful and genuine. They changed my rear light for free. It’s so nice to go to a garage and know they are not going to rip you off.

Used the Enfield branch. They were 2 members of staff down so appointment was running a little bit late but service was still efficient, friendly and professional. Kept informed throughout. Always look around but 9 times out of 10 I always end coming coming back to here

I have never written a review for any company but need to for this one. I had my car serviced two weeks ago (a Ford) and not only is it running better than I can ever remember it, I can’t remember a manager of a garage ever being so courteous, decent and good. Won’t be using my ford main dealer again, I will be back for a service next time. Simply brilliant. Well done

Purchased set of tyres from them online but appointment was cancelled without a phone call so was sent home. This happened on two occasions, once was for 4 new Bridgestone's for my car and recently 4 Michelins for my van.

This is my third time to visit this garage. Excellent level of service each time. Any member of staff I dealt with was helpful/knowledgeable. Special thanks to the branch manager Mario who took the time to explain things and ensured we would use them again.

I managed to get an appointment booked for my Nissan much quicker than expected and at the time I wanted too. The job was done efficiently and much cheaper than if I went to my main dealer.

Had a very professional and friendly service from Anthony who detailed the work done and answered any queries.

Will definitely recommend and return if I need any other work done in future.

After being let down by another mechanic, I gave the Formula 1 autocentre a call at the Enfield branch.
Spoke to Vas who assured me the job can be done today just pop in.
I drove there and handed over my keys where Joe was then to take care of the work.
Was advised of a timescale of an hour and decided to wait.
Joe kept me informed in regards to awaiting for the parts which were on their way then said it would be done quickly after that.
Was completed in less than a hour .
Very happy with the way this all went and I will definitely return.

I received an excellent service from Brandon at the Enfield depot not only was he running the office and dealing with customers rather than make me wait any longer he started to fit my tyre. He is a real asset to this company and deserves the recognition for going the extra mile.

I was unfortunate enough to take my car for an MOT at the Enfield branch. I checked everything before taking it. I was told that it had failed because the rear tyres were bald. I asked them to show me as i had checked them and knew they were legal. The MOT tester VASSOS KTISTIS, showed me the tyres and told me they had 2mm of tread and that the legal limit was 2.5mm, i asked him to get a tread gauge and show me, he got the gauge and showed me that they were 2mm. I then pointed out to him that the legal limit was 1.6mm and that 2mm was legal and a pass. He went silent then a minute later started arguing they were 1mm despite the fact he had told me AND shown me that they were 2mm.
All he was interested in was selling me tyres.
I have reported the garage to DVSA
I took the car to a different test centre where it passed without any issues. I also had the tyres checked at a different tyre centre who also confirmed they were legal.
Formula One and VASSOS are a disgrace to the industry. Do yourself a favour and avoid these lying crooks.
My car was stuck off the road for 4 days due to no MOT due to these liars.
Its just a shame trustpilot does not have the facility to post photos, the same review will be google with the photos

I wrote a review on the appalling service I received from Southbury Road, Enfield on 26 July 2022. Response from the company provide further details. Details provided to Customer Services no response. Further complaint submitted to Careline. On 10th September I received a Response saying that the Regional Manager will make contact. No contact made. All the work that Formula 1 claimed to have done had to be redone my another garage - requests for a refund was ignored. It is now over 8 weeks since I first formally complained and every opportunity has been given for the company to respond as a result I have now submitted an Application to the Motor Ombudsman to get this resolved.

Booked annual service for my car. Compared to last year's visit it was a very disappointing experience. Enfield brunch went down.
