Pete and his team sorted my daughter's mot and a minor fix for her without any problems, since then done my mot. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the work was done quickly.
Would definitely use again.

Both Dan and Brad who did the investigation with the tyre issue were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The work done was prompt and of good quality.

I needed my brakes done urgently and they fitted me in same day. They agreed a good price which was better than local competitors. Very friendly and pleasant staff who were kind and patient with my daughter, she loved seeing the cars being repaired through the window and it was really nice of the staff to take the time to talk to her.

Over past 5 years I've had a real love/hate relationship with F1 Auto - 3 great years followed by 2 really bad ones but I thought I'd give them 1 last chance - big shout out to Dan and the Team for restoring my faith and giving great service, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and although we had a hiccup at the beginning it was resolved superbly - Thank You

Absolute brilliant service from Peter and Dan, they sorted my daughters car last week, was impressed with the quality of the service, and the fitter Steph was very polite and cheerful definitely recommending to my friends and family

I can't recommend Ben and his team enough! I had new tyres fitted beginning of May which suddenly started deflating this week. One call to Ben, appointment same day, wheels removed to reveal pothole damage to my alloys.They recommended a few places to straighten them and one visit later to round rims in Maidstone I'm sorted all within the space of 2 days. Booked MOT two weeks ago and paid for it up front, they ring me the day before telling me they don’t have a tester this week and can book me in in three weeks time? Terrible service avoid this garage.

I took my car to F1 today to have two rear tyres replaced. From the start of me getting a quote for the tyres and to booking my car in from Dan at Maidstone the service was amazing. He also topped my car up with some screen wash as I had run out. Dan and his team were very friendly polite and professional. Dan also let me knew my car was nearly finished as well. I would highly recommend them. Well done F1 Maidstone.

Staying at Premier Inn Maidstone my tyre pressure light came on before my long journey home. Just popped in as it is next door to see if they could look at my car, very helpful friendly staff. Looked at my car straight away, tyres just needed air no puncture. Checked all tyres put in air and I was on my way without charge. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

If I can give anyone any advice - DO NOT USE THESE ROGUE COWBOYS!!!

Where do I start? Put my car in for a service, dropped the car off at 10am on a Sunday. Upon arrival I was greeted by a £25 bill for oil - apparently it’s specialist oil for my vehicle? Was later told on collection that they only stock Ford oil so any other vehicle make you get charged £25. Interesting.

Anyway, Got a call at 14:20 to say they had “noticed a few bits need doing” but they were almost done with the service. After Adam rattled off a long list including 2 new tyres, new brake discs, new brake pads amongst other things, Adam delightfully told me it would be £708 but it was ok as he had already ordered all the parts for me! I declined this, thinking something weird was going on as I literally bought the car with a new MOT less than a year ago from the Vauxhall garage. Adam then offered me to take out the 0% finance they kindly offer. Again I declined. He then offered to bring the price down to £620. Again I declined and he offered me the work for £500, reminding me my MOT was booked with them the following month and would fail. After a final refusal he went to put the phone down. I asked when the car would be ready (as he said they only needed to change the filters now) and was told it would be 2 more hours….

Confused how this could be the case I headed down to the garage. Upon getting there my car was up and down on the ramp and they were working on this for a further 90 mins. I suspect the service had not even started when Adam called as we were the last customers to leave the garage that day!

Interestingly whilst waiting the 90 mins with my 4 month old, I spoke to another customer in the waiting room who was also in for a service and had received a similar call telling him he needed £600 of work completing! Something a bit odd going on here as everyone needs all this work doing?!

Anyway, got the car home and pulled out my tyre depth gauge. The tyres which were listed as 1mm were all 4-5mm (well above legal limit). So why was I being sold new tyres?!

After putting in a complaint, area manager Drew phoned me and apologised for this. He openly stated he did not understand or know why the staff at Maidstone were adding unnecessary extra work on to upsell on my vehicle when there are plenty of cars that need this work done. Long story short he agreed to refund me for the service, the “specialist oil”, & cancelled the MOT I had booked. I will never let these cowboys touch my car again and if you have any sense you won’t either!!!

UPDATE - have now had my MOT at another garage and the only thing needed was new brake pads! Absolute con artists at F1 Autocentres!!!!

I been booked for tracking and I wait one and half hour after my appointment due, when they pick the car they scratch it I saw with my eyes, the tracking not right made, waste of money and time, not recommend !

The manager at the Maidstone branch, Dan, was so helpful and polite when we had new tyres fitted on Sunday, that we have now booked an MOT with him this Friday, thanks buddy for a very professional service.

I WENT THERE TO HAVE TRACKING DONE AND THE SAID IT COULDN'T BE DONE BE IT NEEDED A NEW TRACK ROD SO HAD THEM REPLACE THIS AND TRACKING DONE AND NEW TYRE , BOOKED CAR IN FOR MOT 2 WEEKS AFTER,IT FAILED ON A FEW THINGS ONE BEING TRACK ROD END BALL JOINT WORN TO THE EXTENT THERE IS A SERIOUS RISK OF DETACHMENT [2.1.3(b)(ii)] THATS FUNNY IT WAS REPLACED BY THEM 2 WEEKS PREVIOUS AND HASN'T BEEN USED BECAUSE OF MOT RUNNING OUT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Really friend happy people, got job done quick! Definitely be back for future work :)

Terrible service, tyre wall bubbled and let air out after less than an hour driving, took it back, the recepionist said it was impact damage, I took the tyre to a different garage who removed and inspected it, it was clearly fitted badely and the fitter had torn the metal beeds which caused the problem, very dangerous and to be told it was my fault is very bad.

Everyone was friendly, had a bit of a wait but they were busy.

Ordered a pair of tyres through Black circles and made the mistake of picking these guys for the fitting. They cancelled the first appointment as they had no slots available and offered appointment slots for several days later. I turned up a few minutes early for my appointment but it was a further 40 minutes before they even took the car from the forecourt and put it on a ramp. It then took them another hour or so to change 2 tyres as the guy had to take his lunch break! All in all the best part of 2 hours to change 2 tyres. A job that should have been done in 20 minutes.

Appalling customer service from the staff at Maidstone. My van was booked in for a tyre to be replaced, 40 minutes after booked time and the van had not been touched. When I asked how long it would be I was told, without any apology, that it would be at least another hour. No mention of the long wait when I arrived.
When I said I would have to cancel the booking as I had to return to work the staff member was rude and unapologetic. When I asked if I would get an email confirming the cancellation he said that I might get one

Booked my car in for a Bank Holiday Monday as I was loosing coolant, was dubious about it being Bank Holiday but all was good, great in fact.
I waited while they figured out the problem, was loving sitting in a comfy chair watching tv. As soon as they'd found the problem they happily took me into the workshop to show me, I needed a new water pump. The guy took me back through, he worked out how much it would cost to supply and fit (that was also a pleasant surprise) he wasn't certain he could do it that day, but promised at worst it would be done on the Tuesday. I am writing this on Tuesday morning, I collect my car at 3pm on Monday, the same day it went in, somehow they fitted it in and got the job done that day. Cannot fault them. Polite, friendly, helpful would highly recommend, but, make sure you're booked in first!
