The manager David was so polite and helpful, he honoured the price promise and was very knowledgeable and friendly. All the team were lovely. Will definitely recommend.

Tyre repair..found two punctures in one tyre, repaired both for the price of one. And only waited 10 mins to start the job.

I had bought 4 new tyres 4 weeks ago and then hit a pot hole and buckled one wheel. Formula one swapped the tyre over to the new rim for free. First class service!

Went for a brake assessment and they came back saying I needed front and rear brake discs and pads being replaced at £840, but when I took it to another garage for a second opinion I just needed front brakes being replaced at 30% of the price Formula One quoted me. Would not recommend using!

Visited today around 15:30 and was greeted by a friendly member of staff and directed to the waiting room. They checked my car over and told me where they thought the leak was coming from so I can take it to a local garage and get it fixed. Thank you.

Been using the Bolton road branch for a few years now since my previous mechanic retired, and after initially being nervous I can safely say I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and kind, and me using this garage has exceeded the lifespan of three cars now! They are happy for me to source my own parts, and will always show me exactly what work needs doing on diagnosing and issue, for my last repair Stewart has been excellent advising me exactly what part I needed and where to get so I didn't have to replace the entire caliper, I will continue to use Bolton road for years to come.

What a joke. I pre booked my mot to be told when I arrived for it, that formula 1 had cancelled because the tester was on holiday. The guy recons he left me a voice mail, you guessed it no message. Utter joke

Had a nail in my tyre so popped into the Hertford branch who were very busy so suggested I use the Stevenage branch. I called ahead to check wait times only to be put on hold for over 27 minutes... during this time I actually drove to the Stevenage branch only to then stand in the Reception area for ages before anyone attended to the desk by which time there were 3 other people waiting behind me. I explained the situation to the member of staff who couldn't give me a wait time for the repair... I suggested he called the other Stevenage branch for me (to find out their availability), given I had already been on hold so long! He said no because the phone was ringing, at which point I pointed out it was me... STILL on hold, and that I would hang up so he could call out. He still said he couldn't because he had to talk to all the other people in the queue first.

I called up the garage at short notice and Sean was very friendly and accommodating. When I left my car with him and his team, they worked very efficiently to get the job done! Very happy with my air con re-gas, especially with the recent hot weather! Definitely recommend.

They help me and changed my tyre very quickly and did a lovely job great customer service

I had a one front passenger tyre booked in for 12pm an hour and a half later they eventually started it when I went in I was they were 10 minutes behind and they decided to put a van in front of the garage for an hour so my car couldn’t get in one tyre change took 2 hours because of the heat apparently if you want work done avoid in the summer. A couple of days later I got a call to say the wrong tyre had been fitted so I waited 2 hours for the wrong tyre and went back and got a new one thankfully when I went back I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Been having my car looked after here since they went out of their way to help me on the day they closed for Christmas a year or so ago. Just took my car in for a full service and MOT. The team were great at seeing me quickly, and when there was more work needed than expected, they gave me a phone call to explain everything they found before committing me to any additional surprise work. Very respectful! They also have photographs of the diagnostic equipment reports for the more expensive work required, along with an itemised bill breaking out the cost of each item and part. Very happy to have my car looked after by the fantastic team here.

Great service, friendly staff who go above and beyond.

We had two front tyres fitted - I had been in the area and asked if they could fit us in which they did within an hour. We waited in the (comfortable) waiting room whilst the tyres were fitted at a reasonable price. All staff were great. I left my sunglasses and the team went out of their way to track me down, even contacting another local business where they knew I had been that day to see if they could contact me. Glasses have now been posted back to me as we live a fair way away, yet F1 were still so willing to help. Thank you!

Work on anti-roll bar fitted poorly to my car. Necessitated a return visit to correct, which was done. No apologies or compensation offered.

Exceptional customer service, received my car and handed it back to me all fixed in less than an hour.

I’ve been taking my car here for the last few years, I’ve had MOTs done, servicing and they have fixed a few issues. All the staff are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and highly recommend them.
