Took FIVE deliveries to eventually get my bed and mattress. I spent weeks sleeping just on a mattress after moving home which resulted in chronic back pain. No compensation was offered even though I had to take time off work for the deliveries. The only thing they offered me was discount off my next order!!!! Not in this lifetime! They would not even provide the MD's name. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will be warning all friends and family.

My mother ordered a mattress for me with different billing to delivery address, it arrived at my parents address and my dad without realising signed for it. When I called Fads to explain it should have arrived at my address they said my mother placed the order and clearly had put in the wrong details and they usually charge for collection of goods. My mother confirmed me to me she put in the correct details of my address for delivery address, Fads never sent confirmation of either addresses in the confirmation email.

According to my mother Fads said there may have been a computer error. They proceeded to pick the mattress up from my parents house and only after collecting then redirect it to my house. Which meant I had to wait approx 2 weeks for a mattress which should have been sent in a matter of days, and they did this instead of sending me another mattress as they collected the one from my mothers house. Fads state they won't give any compensation for this because they kindly wavered the collection fee, even though it was completely either their fault or the couriers fault. They didn't even contact me or my mother to state when the mattress would be delivered to the correct address, which meant my mother had to constantly call the couriers and enquire.

I was thinking of purchasing other items with Fads but after this experience I certainly will not being so.

Had a really positive experience with this company. Helpful from start to finish and I'm really glad I bought from them - I'll definitely do so again. Everything was as described on the website and it came well packaged. A very happy customer

Next day delivery is a myth. Waited for scheduled delivery only to be told at 5pm it would be the next day. Took another day off work after being told it would be a pre-9:30 am delivery only to be waiting again to no avail. Phoned customer service who basically told me to shut up as it wasn't their problem. I wouldn't order a take away from this company, let alone more furniture. I lost twice as much in earnings as I paid for the bed. Was quite insulted by the derisory offer of a £20 discount for my troubles.

Came across FADS when looking for a coffee table online. Really pleased with what we've bought. Delivery was quick and the table is in perfect condition. I recommend FADS if you're after some quality new furniture.

Will not buy from them again.

I found FADS online after looking for new dining room furniture. Delivery was much sooner than expected. The furniture was in good condition too. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't fault the company or the product.
