Fairway are among the best local companies I have had dealings with. From the helpfulness of all store staff, to the efficient communications from them to keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders. The delivery time was adhered to and delivery personnel pleasant.

5-star in all aspects
We bought two beds for our boys for the new house. One was available straight away, so we arranged delivery for the day after completion. The other one was going to be ready in 3 weeks which made the younger son a bit disappointed. Then, a few days before the delivery date of the first bed, the gentleman dealing with the sale rang me and said the other one was coming sooner so he arranged them both to be delivered on the same day. Absolutely brilliant customer service, we are very grateful and blown away, thank you so much!

Member of staff,Tom friendly and helpful giving us space and time to reach a decision. We were kept fully informed at each stage to delivery which was not at all intrusive. Throughout all the staff have been approachable and courteous making our experience trouble free.

easy to assemble…
The table was very easy to assemble and is sturdy. It is easy for an elderly person to raise or lower the extension and manipulate the legs.
It was delivered on time.

Superb salesperson

Very Poor Service
The sale was fine, it was an ex display bed, mattress and headboard.
I didn't want delivery yet as I was moving house but had to agree to delivery. We agreed everything would be wrapped and delivered to my current address and I would move the bed with the house move.
Upon receipt of bed, the delivery men apologised prior to unloading the bed.....the protecting sheets for the mattress had fallen off as they were held together with one piece of tape. The rest was not much better. We all spent time cleaning the mattress. Definitely not acceptable!!
In hindsight I should have rejected the delivery as none of the goods arrived in a satisfactory condition.
I will not mention the conversation I had when I phoned the store to complain, providing photos along with those taken by the delivery men.
We have also found a small tear in the headboard material at the base which will not be visible.
The store manager did contact me to apologise and agreed that they would replace the bed if any further damage was found after unwrapping everything when I have moved.
Unfortunately my experience with Fairway Furniture is way below acceptable standards. I have lots of new furniture to buy but will not be shopping here again.

As a family run local independent business we pride ourselves on our customer service, and whilst we are pleased that our store manager has already been in touch and offered to replace the bed should any further damage be found after your move, we completely understand that this does not undo the disappointment and frustration caused by the poor condition of the packaging and the state of the items on arrival. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
We also regret that your initial contact with the store regarding your concerns ended in an unsatisfactory and unprofessional way and is not what we would expect. We can assure you that your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can review our packaging and delivery processes to help prevent this from happening again.
