This review has been a long time coming. Over the past 2-2.5 years I have probably spent $15-20k with this company. With the nature of what they sell, I ALWAYS choose expedited shipping. Overnight normally, 2 day shipping at the most. ALWAYS choose an option that has a guarantee. The past year I have had somewhere between 12-15 times(not exaggerating) where the delivery was not there by the guaranteed time, sometimes even 3 days late. I just paid $78 yesterday to do UPS overnight by 9AM(today is Friday 1/19) Package didn’t even leave SC yesterday or overnight. Tracking now shows Mon 1/22 delivery(UPS delivers weekends where I live also) More than once I have requested a refund on my guaranteed shipping option that didn’t meet its deadline and I was told to file a claim. Claims can only be filed by shipper and they are the ones refunded. They apparently weren’t aware of this, which is insane to me. After notifying them I have been ignored. Complained about my current issue, ignored. Over the past year, because of shipping issues with this company and having to buy this product from local smoke shops/vendors, it has cost me SEVERAL THOUSAND in extra costs. If you have a question they will respond fairly quickly most of the time. Have an actual issue with shipping/delivery, good luck, you will be ignored. After all the $$ I have spent with them, to be treated this way is ridiculous. Just pay a little bit extra and use a different company. The small amount you save in price per gram, you will end up paying hundreds of times over
Edit: That is because I switched from USPS to using UPS, as that's where the main issues were originally. And I always used Priority Express, so again, guaranteed. The last UPS was only on time because I went out looking for the driver as he left the package on his truck at my building. It takes about 5 minutes to file a claim, not enough manpower, lol.
Edit: Since I frequently place 2 orders per week, going back 10 orders isn’t going back very far. And I see 2 USPS orders since 11/22. Also UPS delivery date doesn’t always matter. If I pay $78 to have it by 9AM because I have a flight to catch and it shows up in the afternoon, that’s useless. Lucky for me I was able to place an order with another company Friday, pay $29.95 shipping(pretty sure you charge $34.95 for same option) and that order was delivered Saturday. So no time to log in to UPS & request a refund but you have time to go back and forth with (ex) customers on this platform? Got it.

Final edit- not the place for it? You ignored the email I sent prior to the review. Not the 1st time that’s happened either for this type of issue. F’n sucks that it had to come to this with the obscene amount of money I’ve spent with your company the past couple years. Could've thrown a small discount code my way like some of your competitors do(and state on their websites)& I would’ve been happy.

Cannot say enough about this vendor. FanTIAstic is no question they are the premiere vendor for your research needs.

I've been researching for many years and I've tried most vendors out there.

I can honestly say, that FanTIAstic's sodium, blows everything else out the water.

It's absolutely worth the slight additional cost. For the piece of mind that you are getting something research worthy.

You never have to wonder about the product. It's always consistent.

As for customer service. It's top notch as well.

Any issues or questions I have. Are answered within minutes, anytime I have needed to reach out.

I am beyond thrilled that I have found this vendor and I finally don't need to look anywhere else for my research needs.

I don't know how they are today, but I placed a $70 plus order with two-day shipping back in early 22 or late 2021, and I never received anything. No responses, nothing. Didn't respond to emails, Had to cancel my card just to get the 80 something dollar charge removed "after taxes". I emailed them for weeks like an idiot waiting for them to respond. I got a few orders from them and the product was decent before then, then they just never responded or sent my order or anything. So now I switched to another site. I would never ever ever use this site again after that.

My usual vender has had a hard time procuring material and have been out of everything for about a week. I stuck with said vender even through poor customer service, since they were the only vendor I've used. However, I needed a new vender.

It is very fortunate that they did run out of stock, since I found FanTIAstic. Their customer service is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I think I emailed them 3 times with questions about my first order. Not only did they answer my questions, they did so very quickly and professionally, which eased my jitters about buying from someone new. I had zero issues, product was delivered 24 hours later and was as described. The quality seems great. Definitely better then the other vender's last batch, anyways.

Absolutely no complaints, nothing but a positive transaction, from start to finish. If you are on the fence, trust the other reviews and just order. You won't be disappointed.

The fact that there is any bad reviews is simply a lie. This is 100% the best tianeptine supplier i have found ( and the cheapst ) i made an order around 1pm est and my package was at the post office that night! and this was free shipping too!

Last edit: They ended the conversation because I left this review. Buyer beware. It shouldn't be that difficult to get a business name for a place they go to everyday.

Update: after they said to take further questions to email, which I'd been doing with no reply, I sent them another email asking for the business nearest the drop box. They sent a short reply stating they were too big of a business to attempt refunds for customers. That was all for their reply. I didn't ask them to attempt the refund for me I simply asked them for the address of the nearest business, The same thing I asked for in the four previous emails. Don't do business with these people. There is a certain DEPOT That offers a much better level of customer service. Which isn't difficult since these people offer none.

Most recently all I asked for was the location of the UPS drop box and they refused to tell me. They claimed they didn't know and couldn't find the exact location. It seems reasonable to expect your vendor to help in these situations. This is not the first time they have acted this way, and I gave them several opportunities to help this last go-around.

All i can say is they got class A stuff
I've tryed the sodium first its good and the second time I ordered I try the sulfate me personally I liked the sulfate but both are good one just worked better for me
Next time I order I'm going to try the acid free I'll let you know how that goes

Everything was just as they say no gimmicks or games!! You get what u ordered and it came on time. This isn't a paid review I'm a real customer.

Been using this site for quite some time. Never once have I had an issue with an order. The pricing (at least if you don't buy the 2 gram bag) is pretty good. 2 Gram bags are 14.5 dollars per gram vs a 5 gram bag being 8.5 dollars per gram. There are plenty of options to make payments which makes me glad to not have to rely on getting BTC. As for the tianeptine itself I would say it is of high quality. It is well packaged and never comes clumped up. (tianeptine sodium is very hygroscopic)
