I will never order from this company…
I will never order from this company again...Order item May 20th and according to the site 10 - 15 days to make then shipping...well it's over thirty days and the item has not be shipped yet.....at the point now were i think I might have been scammed...lesson learned. Expensive one..

Our products are made to order, and while our usual production time is 10–15 working days, an unexpected delay with one of our suppliers unfortunately extended this order beyond our normal timeframe. We kept you informed of the situation throughout and sincerely apologise that we were unable to meet our usual turnaround.
We'd also like to reassure both you and future customers that your order has now been completed and dispatched to Canada. It remains on track to arrive before your required early July deadline.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I ordered an item which was available on the website in February. After not receiving the item within a week or two I contacted the company (via emails as directed on my confirmation email). After sending multiple emails I received an apology that the item was out of stock and it would be shipped in the near future. The company then proceeded to ignore all my other emails until late April. They have sent me a refund order email with no apology or explanation.

Unfortunately, the regimental belt you ordered became unavailable after your purchase due to a supplier stock issue. We should have communicated this more clearly and kept you better informed throughout the process, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We've looked into your comments regarding our email correspondence, and it appears there may have been an issue with some of our replies not reaching you. Regardless of the cause, we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that your emails were being ignored.
As we were ultimately unable to fulfil the order, we issued a full refund as soon as this was confirmed. We apologise that this experience fell short of the high standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

I posted a poor review due to the lack of response to my complaint regarding my order. However, Rob at the company recently got involved and within a few days, the situation has been resolved. Not just meeting my expectations, but surpassing them both communication wise and quality wise. Additional shirts arrived in Australia today and my husband is really pleased. Items came well packaged, and as expected, the delivery took longer than advertised. It also took a few attempts for them to reply to my messages, but I understand that the order went in during a festive period, and holidays/excessive orders may have caused these niggles. Happy overall.
