The site says there are some delays due to covid and being busy so shipment might take up to a week. Double that and keep counting.
Probably a good idea to not send the trustpilot review link before items have been sent.

New to me, but impressed
This is the second time I’ve used Fawkes after only recently discovering them on line and both orders have been delivered promptly and damage free. Good pricing for Giro and Madison products and will definitely use again. The loyalty discount is an added bonus too!

Excellent service and free returns!
I was looking fir a pair of winter cycle boots and found what I wanted at a really good price on the website.
The first pair I ordered were too big so were returned foc and a second pair ordered.
All transactions were quick and transparent and were carried out quickly and efficiently.
Definitely will use Fawkes again..
