Very good customer service from Carol every time I visit at the Lexington ky location. Saron drive.

Came here after a long trip with some of my buddies since we were in town for a work trip. One of my friends had been her and to me that the food was good. I would say above everything was what my friend mentioned. When im back in town for sure stopping by

I just got food from Fazolis Dixie hwy Louisville KY. It was horrible. I dont know what the meatballs are made of but it stunk! The alfredo was all stuck together in one big clump and lasagna noodles were hard as a rock. Also they no longer serve lemon ice drinks. Did I call or complain No cause I dont want a complimentary meal. Even if free Ill never eat there again!

This is the best fast food for a low price. They give you tons of food. The breadsticks are AMAZING!

We eat Fazolis in Plant City Fl it was great the service person was very helpful and friendly (Andrea Kinsley) . She made sure we had enough bread 🥖 and cheese for your spaghetti 🍝 and what I couldn’t finish Andrea brought us a 📦 for it . Thank you Andrea.

Great place to eat. Was eating inside. The male manager that works night's was very nice and helpful for our first time eating there. Would highly recommend just because of him. I want to say he said his name was Chad but I may be wrong about the name.

Fazolis in Palomar, (3775 Harrodsburg Road Lexington, KY 40513). Is a very good fast food restaurant, in my opinion compared to other restaurants all of which are struggling in today's economy. The manager at this particular Fazolis restaurant is named Hassan. You can always tell when he's working things run smooth and when talking to him you realize that he puts his heart and soul into this restaurant. Hassan keep up the good work!

Surprised that you are still is business with such a terrible employee attitude, are they not trained at all or screened before hiring for a mental state? Or for thinking, vision and hearing, are they not tested for IQ, emotional intelligence or just for common sense to say the least! Incredible what they afford and dare! I had to change online on Google your hours of operation which you accepted for change but did not care for quite a while that it's showing wrong hours! Pay attention to your business and mind your own business before sticking your nose into other's like customer's business

The Fazoli's in Heath is an outstanding experience in dining! The Manager helped me get my coupon and the Staff was outstanding! Very pleasant, professional and kind! The food was great, too! Well done!

I was not able to make my Son a pan of Lasagna, for his Birthday. So I ordered one from you and it was very good and hot and delious. And thank you it was ready when I went to pick it up.

Camille S. I assume was the awesome person who took our order and brought it out to us. We got unlimited bread sticks and I got GF Chicken Pesto Rotini and my husband got Baked Ziti. Our meals were fresh out of oven piping hot and so delicious. The place was clean and quiet it was also almost 2 pm. Very pleasant experience. First time I've ever eaten in Memphis.

We ate at your Fazoli's location on zandale drive and had the most fabulous unbelievable experience with customer service her name was Cyndi, she was helpful very informative very knowledgeable of the product and we came away from there with a fabulous experience we definitely will return to that restaurant the zandale location and one of the main reasons was for our customer service Cyndi

I was hungry at 3pm on the side of town where traffic is GRIDDLOCK at that time. I wanted something hot and ready and good. I think the service was awesome. The host (drive thru) was patient and kind. However, I'm a OL' G and I have to speak the truth. The CHICKEN ALFREDO should have GRILLED CHICKEN not ROASTED. The chicken was OVER COOKED and very salty. And the NOODLES....Korr's pasta is for an emergency not for serving at a restaurant. It would also help to use FRESH mushrooms not canned .

I visit the reynoldsburg location in ohio. I ordered online the Baked sampler which consists of spaghetti and meatballs and alfredo and lasagna. None of it had enough sauce but plenty of cheese on top. The lasagna tastes like I was just eating layers of noodles with a hint of cheese and I don't know where the sauce was. I also got a side salad which was three dollars and it was the skippiest salad I have ever had in my life. I usually have a good experience here but this one was not good.

I ordered the Italian Sub. I knew it had spicy peperoni. However, I did NOT know it had spicy jalapeno peppers in it. The recipe I looked up for Giardiniera Vegetables did not have jalapeno peppers in it. You should warn customers that the whole sub is spicey, not just the peperoni. If I had known that it was that spicy, I would not have ordered. it.

I have been to about 5 other stores and bar none this store in London kentucky is the most efficient, clean store I’ve visited. Also over the years I have met manager Gary Osborne he has to be the kindest person and so willing to satisfy his customers thank you sincerely Ann

No Diet Coke and the breadsticks are not the same! Tough and hard to chew won’t be back!

I was very impressed with how management quickly resolved a mistake on an order. This was refreshing because it was clear Fazolis truly cares about their customers.

There are days when a home cooked meal is impossible and this has been a family favorite and much better than those drive through burger joints.

Thomas was friendly and courteous. Our table was never without breadsticks!

They just opened and I guess they don't know what they are doing yet. Nothing was good, service was slow, and it was just a horrible experience. Never again.
