A problem occurred on the morning of delivery, but this was resolved quickly an effectively by customer services and the delivery drivers. They did what was necessary to ensure a happy customer.

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Staff knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us space and time to consider our selection. Explained the difference between different make ups of the mattress. An easy and efficient order process.

Excellent service and advice from Jasmine when choosing our new bedstead. This is the third bed we have purchased from feather & Black as we like the designs and the quality of materials. 4 stars given as some items I was interested were not in stock.

I visited the Watford store, they had just had new product set up. The store was very inspiring. I could of bought the whole shop! My purchase was polite, efficient & the staff were extremely knowledgeable.

Isabella who is the key Feather & Black specialist ~ well, she has gone above and beyond to assist me with a special purchase with a limited window of opportunity for the delivery. I have purchased the most beautiful bed for my sister in law, which is being made to order by the supplier of the new collection of Iron and Brass beds that F&B have recently launched... honestly, the care and support offered by everyone involved is a credit to Feather and Black, the iron bed company making the bed and Isabella at Dreams...They have worked together to help me, the kindness and communication from the team involved has been nothing short of above and beyond. The 'can do' attitude from them all has been incredible. I can't thank them enough.

My bed arrived on time & I was kept up to date on the day of arrival.

I had the service to assemble my bed, this was done quickly & efficiently, leaving no mess.

The two delivery men were polite, professional & thoughtful.

Appalling service from Feather and Black, who’ve I’ve been a customer of for many years previously. Trying to return a duvet. 6 emails, hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the phone, I’m now in store trying to return it and told I need to speak to customer services. Have been trying to return this duvet since 4th January! All I need is a returns label or a return address - because one wasn’t in the delivery box.

Order a bed on 17th Jan and told there would be a 12-18 week lead time before the bed could be delivered. 6 weeks into that on 25th Feb I receive a phone call to say the bed has been discontinued as the the style has changed. I was told I could order the new style but it would be another 12-18 weeks before it would be delivered. This is rediculous, I canceled the order.

Such a stylish, cool duck egg green metal bed frame. Delivery was prompt too.

The mattress is very good. However the two men who delivered it were terrible. They tried to tell me they were only there to deliver the mattress and not take my old one. When they looked at the paper work they agreed to take the old one. Then they said they weren't to take the new heavy one to the bedroom, and that would be an extra charge. But if I had £40 they'd do it. We had to contact the main office before they'd do it, all the time telling me how heavy it was. If I was an old woman and not man I think they would have pushed the issue. My opinion is these guys were crooks with jobs. Disgusting pair.

Feather and Black always deliver great products. We've always been very happy with all the bed frames we've ordered from them over the years, and they always look and feel very high quality.

Fantastic experience at Feather and Black in Dreams Watford. Really happy with my bed and mattress. Quality product, and look forward to the store reopening on Tottenham Court Road.
