I have ordered every year for the last 3 years, and will continue to do so until my child is grown and doesn't believe. The quality of the products are excellent every year and each time I read the new letter, I am more amazed than the previous ones. I never normally write reviews but I'm so impressed I had to! The first order didn't come but customer service was go quick to respond and sent me another one straight away.

Second year ordering from this company, I thought the treat box,letters and film were brilliant last year. This year they have gone even further, everything is amazing from the personalised Elf key, the family decorations to the added letter this year letting the children know Santa is on his way, simply wonderful. I cannot wait for the link for this years video so the children can watch santa call out their names. We have loved watching the 'live CCTV link' at the Northpole - such a lovely idea by Festive studio and so kind that its free to watch.

One hiccup this year not by Festive Studio but by Dpd our order was lost. The customer service team at Festive Studio were great in trying to track it down and kept me informed the whole time. Sadly Dpd confirmed the order was lost so Festive studio redid the whole order and it was on my doorstep 24 hours later with everything beautifully boxed and presented inside.

Thankyou for adding your touch of Christmas magic to our home again we will be returning again next year.

Five stars! I originally found festive studio back in 2018 when I brought my sons Christmas Eve box. Fast forward to this year and I needed another one for my daughter. They were extremely accommodating and made the new box the same! (Don’t want any arguing). Ease of communication was fab and was delivered quickly! Will definitely be buying again, especially as the kids get older!

I felt the customer service was terrible. I was spoken to in a derogatory manner. I wasn’t overly delighted with the quality of the letter when it arrived. Won’t be ordering again.

**I have verified my status with Trust Pilot. I have sent them my Emails from yourself. I am definitely a REAL purchaser. Maybe try being more polite to customers and then you won’t receive bad reviews. Oh and reason for posting 3 weeks after Christmas. I’ve been busy!*

I bought the 'nice list' letters off Santa Claus for my two sons. They arrived together and when I opened the parcels, they were seperate envelopes inside. The boys absolutely loved them and were really happy and very surprised Santa knew some facts about them already. I was also really happy that the letters were different in their contexts and sentence layout. They didn't look like a mass produced one type only letter. They were original and different from eachother.

Fantastic service and products. The Father Christmas letters and certificates were just beautiful. Combined with the telegram and evening text message; just tied everything beautifully together and you could just see the magic in our children’s eyes.

Festive Studio are amazing! I have used them the last 3-4 years and the quality of the products are excellent. I found out on Xmas Eve after trying to be clever and asking my postman to 'deliver' the letters, he had misunderstood and posted them with no address on. The lovely Ben emailed me on Xmas Eve within minutes and sent me the letters to be printed. Luckily I had the envelopes from last year and he also gave us a complimentary Telegram! What an amazing company. Will continue to shop here and recommend them to everyone! Thank You so much!

First Class! Could not recommend enough. Ordered a letter from Santa and was so impressed ordered a video message. Both arrived in a timely manner and expectations were met. When the unthinkable happened and our letter was lost at home they offered a free replacement and literally saved Christmas for us and our 3 year old. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

Ordered our new baby one of the personalised wooden boxes and it is so so lovely!! The attention to detail is fab. It’s the second one we’ve ordered and couldn’t fault it! Such a lovely keepsake for many Christmases to come. Thank you x
