2 years in a row (last year being the first) I have ordered personalised wrapping paper for my little boy and I love it so many! The quality is perfect. This year I ordered letters from Santa for my son and nieces and oh gosh they actually look like they have came from Santa himself😭 they are perfect! Can’t wait to order early again for next year! Thank you again for making me a happy mum at this time of year! Merry Christmas and all the best for 2021❤️

We received our letter, which was fantastic anyway. Those little personal touches like his friends name and dogs name where excellent.
But when the puppy sadly got to the letter and destroyed it, we had one very sad 6 year old!!
I contacted festive studio on the off chance they could send another (obviously willing to pay). But not only are they sending out a replacenent, but also free of charge!!
Thank you Emma at festive studio, you have saved the day and made that sad child so happy!!

I ordered a letter from Santa for my 8 year old granddaughter, I was expecting the usual run of the mill letter. The letter arrived addressed to me for safety reasons. Inside was an envelope addressed to my granddaughter. What a fabulous letter the best Santa letter I have seen. Everything was covered ...her age, name,age, sister's name etc, all you would expect. What I didn't expect was the full content of letter, I almost felt it was from Santa myself! Info on mrs Claus, the head elf and reindeer. Worth every penny spent.
Absolutely fabulous. Will recommend certainly and obviously will use again.

I ordered my boys a personalised letter each from Father Christmas as we won't be seeing him in a grotto this year. The order process was quick and easy to complete. The letters took a little longer than expected to arrive however Emma kept in contact with me via email and explained that Royal Mail are unusually busy. When they arrived I wasn't disappointed! They have used high quality paper, envelops and printing, they are very authentic. The letters are completely different, I wasn't sure if they would just change the name, however the whole letter is different. They also came with a behaviour contract and a wish list to return. My boys were over the moon with them, one for the memory box and something to help keep the magic alive. Would definitely recommend!

I am so chuffed with the quality of the items that I ordered for all 4 of our Grandchildren. From the Personalised Wrapping Paper, to the Magic Keys & Personalised Letters to Father Christmas and the personalised baubles!
In a difficult year where we are not been able to see them this has just put the excitement & magic back into the Season.

Such a lovely magical gift to receive for my 5 year old. She is going to love the letters, reindeer food and magic snow.

We thought we would be in our new house for Christmas but we won’t be now. I e-mailed festive studio to see if they could change the address on the telegram and Santa letter. They responded within hours and are sending me a new letter and updating the records for the telegram all free of charge.

Really impressed and would highly recommend.

I am so happy with this company. I ordered a letter for my five-year-old daughter this year and somehow managed to misplace it. I contacted festive studio to see if I could get a reprint, which I was happy to pay for, and they sent one out free of charge :). The customer service is prompt and polite and the letter and certificate are both adorable! I will definitely use them again next year!!!

We received our wooden Christmas box from the festive studio last week. Its so lovely - I can't wait to see our childrens faces on Christmas eve. All of the elements are beautifully presented. We will have their letters from Santa arriving this week and then on Christmas eve their treat packs.

I use this website every year for personalised gifts for the kids - I really can't fault the quality. This year I feel it's even more special, especially as they have such great VIP access to Santa. Really brill, love it.

Absolutely fantastic, the detail is out of this world and the quality even better! Very very pleased!

I bought a treat pack for my daughter a few years ago and she loves it. We get it out every Christmas Eve, so this year I got one for my son. The quality is excellent and the care and attention to detail for the children's North Pole letters is exceptional.

There was a little mix up with the special magical keys for Santa but the team fixed the issue straight away, so I have been really impressed with the service.

Wow! I'm over the moon with these fabulous decorations.
I've ordered 4 dog decorations they're wonderful, also true to the breed.
