Great company to deal with
We ordered a large item which was received damaged. Even though it took a couple of months to get the replacement, Leigha Parkinson (the agent I was in contact with at Findel), did everything she could to keep things moving and we were kept informed. Findel's service is very efficient, items arrive quickly and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and approach to solving problems.
I ordered something to be delivered to the primary school which I work in. There are a few schools in the locality and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong place by the DPD driver HOWEVER I would not hesitate to use Findel again given how amazing their agent Lucy Clarke was in helping me remedy this.
DPD let themselves down in terms of their customer service and resolving the issue, however Lucy was so, so helpful in making sure I received my package within days of the original delivery. She kept in touch, was understanding, looked into my issue right away and it was good to feel someone had my back in this.
From looking at other reviews, it appears that others have really appreciated the service agents so, a final thank you again for all your help - you've made things so much easier for us!

Excellent customer service
We had previously had problems with our orders being delivered by DPD, they were trying to deliver out of hours even though they knew we were a nursery. When I made Findel aware of these problems Nicola Dinsdale took personal ownership of our orders making sure they were delivered when DPD said they would be. She kept me informed advising that it was one particular driver that seemed to be causing the problems and that he had been spoken to management. She even organised a test delivery which was free of charge to make sure it was delivered on time which it was. She was very efficient and can't thank her enough for the help and service she has given us.

Philip Harris Order
My order from Findel was low value but this made no difference as I was treated like any other customer. The delivery driver had a problem finding our site so I had a couple of non-delivery of my item. Customer Service were on the case straight away, contacting the courier. Both the courier & Customer Service communicated with me until the delivery was received. I can't fault their customer service & I was happy with what I had ordered.

Emailed Findel asking for invoice and they replied within 10 minutes with the email attached. Very quick, school has ordered from the company for years and have never had any issues with products or service.
