Our experience with CNIC support has…

Our experience with CNIC support has consistently been discouraging. The support structure feels siloed, with first-line agents seemingly cut off from senior engineers or developers. This fragmentation, coupled with the absence of visible quality checks, results in incomplete or inaccurate answers on a regular basis. Despite numerous interactions, the quality of service has not improved, which suggests that customer feedback is neither acted upon nor overseen by management. Overall, we are dissatisfied with the level of support. We now make every effort to resolve issues internally and limit our reliance on CNIC support, as our input rarely leads to meaningful change.

I am writing this review to Extremely Unresponsive Abuse Team – Ignoring UDRP Decisiondocument…

I am writing this review to document our experience with Internet.bs. We are Digital Content Protection Srl, acting on behalf of Sky Group. After filing a UDRP complaint regarding the infringing domain officieliptvsmarterspro.fr, we obtained a decision in our favor ordering the transfer of the domain.

Despite repeated emails and attempts to follow up, Internet.bs support and abuse teams have failed to provide any cooperation or clear timeline for the transfer. Our ticket #3491312 has received no response whatsoever, despite thousands of emails sent by our agents and even direct follow‑ups from AFNIC UDRP in France. All communications have been ignored.

The domain remains blocked but unresolved, leaving it vulnerable to further abuse. We even opened an account with Internet.bs as requested, yet we are still awaiting any confirmation or action.

This complete lack of response and transparency is unacceptable for an ICANN‑accredited registrar handling sensitive copyright matters.

We strongly urge Internet.bs to immediately address this issue and align with ICANN obligations, or we will continue escalating this matter to ICANN, AFNIC, and relevant authorities and documenting our experience publicly.

za.com doman fee price gouging

My client registred a xxx.za.com domain with them years ago for a slight premium over standard .com domains. Over the years the annual renewal fee kept going up much more than other domains and then in last 2 years it increased by 10X with no advance notification or response to queries. a za.com domain now costs approximately $500 annually. This is extreme price gouging in full knowledge that changing domain names is a complex and expensive affair for most small businesses. NEVER register a ***.ZA.COM domain with centralnic or their resellers. I imagine that for other pseudo country(XX) domains ***.XX.COM that the approach is similar.

My DNS was hijacked, I got no help, just a closed ticket.

My DNS was hijacked, the hackers using CentralNic to control this hacked DNS, i tried contacting support. but to them just telling me to contact my Nameserver provider, and deleting the changed DNS from there, i responded back saying the hacked and changed DNS isnt available or shown on my Nameserver DNS settings, and these people had changed the DNS and hosting them using CentralNic, right after i said this. They just closed my ticket, without a followup. Honestly, HORRIBLE SUPPORT.
