My coffee was ordered on 10th April but has not yet arrived, due to a mistake with the delivery address that I have not been able to resolve as the company fine coffee club does not answer any of my emails

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. No reply to emails and no other way to contact them. The delivery by DHL is shambolic to say the least. Still no delivery by them and they have consistently lied about attempts as I have been in and tracking them. I have ordered my coffee from you for a few years and now will go elsewhere due to the lack of service when I needed some help.

You don’t care about your customers and…
You don’t care about your customers and you don’t respond when there’s a problem. I didn’t bother to tell you the last time I received some coffee that three of the coffees were broken and they spilled all in the box because I knew I wouldn’t get a response.
You sent me the wrong coffee awhile ago again I spoke to somebody called Don and nobody came back to me and give up

Good coffee, hard to reach staff
When placing my last order I accidentally pressed the pay now rather than the apply discount button. I suffer from Parkinson’s which can causes difficulty when entering information.
