A fire blanket is a safety necessity
I felt a fire blanket was a necessary safety precaution and found one through this retailer. The service was excellent. The blanket arrived after two days. Pleased to say I have not tried it and hopefully never will.

Ordered a FireChief Fire Document…
Ordered a FireChief Fire Document Cabinet online and then panicked when I thought I ordered it with the wrong locking mechanism. A quick call to check and my call was answered quickly and my order was confirmed straight away. Thankfully I did order the correct one. I was then informed that the item would be with me in the next 2 days and to call back if it hadn't arrived. Well, it indeed arrive safely 2 days later in tip top condition.

Very poor delivery service
Very poor. Tried to deliver several times but did not bother to tell me they were delivering. Ignored the instructions provided for delivery. I had to ask them what was happening when the item did not turn up after two weeks. I will not be using this company again.

Very poor. Was told in stock and 1-2 days. Not delivered, Not informed and when chased they can’t supply cost me two days wages !!!

They placed my order knowing no stock
They placed my order knowing no stock, day after they said will have stock and will post in 2 days, 7 days later no item no contact, I ring and get told will be another 5-7 days till back in stock and if I want to cancel refund will be 10-14 working days.!! Awful company not willing to push through refund of not £20 it is £130 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and item desperately needed for a kids home 🤬🤬

Amazing company
Amazing company.
They had sold out of the extinguishers I ordered, so they gave me an upgraded version for the same price. Very generous.
They also amended my delivery date for when I arrived back from my holiday. Fantastic company and great customer service. Our company will be using fire protection shop for all our products in the future.
