They are very dedicated & knowledgable, many having spent years working in the fire industry. We have worked with The Fire risk Assessment team for a few years and they are great. Their team is always helpful and very professional, prices are competitive. It is very easy and educational to use their fire safety training online, great for small business in our case.

We have recently refreshed & updated our Fire warden training after a few months of gathering feedback & trying to make it as relevant as possible. We have removed some of the more technical information, which has freed up time to allow condidates to have more time to interact with the trainer and gain more specific information that is relevant to them. Thank you very much for our first review since the update, it is great that you both found it informative & enjoyable.

The assessor was experienced and knowledgeable about fire risks associated with the type of building in question, and its usage. Provided good advice on issues appertaining to the building's fire safety management, and produced a straightforward constructive report.

Helpful & very friendly staff from the first call to them, then from Steve the very nice Inspector who carried out our Fire Risk Assessment without any judgements, just pure welcomed advice.
I have used them for the last 3 years to have my Fire Risk Assessments as l am a landlady. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

A very thorough assessment
It was a very thorough assessment for which I was totally unprepared. I should have brought with me a number of documents, none of which I had been asked to bring. I am unsure if this was the fault of your company, or my colleague who set up the appointment.

Thank you for the review. We do send out a pre visit questionaire with the booking confirmation. If this is completed it will generate a list of documents, which is then emailed to you to advise what information our assessor will need to see on the day. This is so that the report has the most accurate information regarding the servicing dates. If you didn't have them on the day, we are happy for you to send copies into our office & we will ensure this information is in your report. Hope that resolves your query, please do get in touch if you need anything further.
Very Prompt and Professional
Having needed a FRA on short notice, they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and quoted an amount that was suitable for us and not too pricey compared to other companies. The officer who carried out the test was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the entire process as this was the first time I carried out something like this. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for any FRAs for any type of property/business.
