Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniones

Great service, quick turnaround. Would recommend.

Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Quick response, and very knowledgeable. A professional service from start to end.

Super easy to deal with, amazingly professional, and exceptionally helpful on matters I knew absolutely nothing about. Thank you to the team for making it so simple…

Paul was engaged by us to provide an EWS1 assessment and certificate as part of the sale of our property.

He provided a very fast, efficient and professional service for a reasonable price which was less than expected.

The report was available within 48 hours of the inspection and everything went very smoothly without issue.

Having had less than satisfactory experiences undertaking this process with other providers I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone needing to undertake this process themselves.

Came to the rescue at short notice, did the job early and at a much more reasonable price than I was expecting (based on info on the Web).

Saved a sale from going under, very grateful!

Contacted Paul who was recommended by our surveyor. We had been quoted by another company but were keen to get a second quote. Paul came back to us quickly and it turned out they very recently carried out an EWS1 assessment of our building already. Therefore the information was already available which saved an awful lot of hassle and we were issued with the report within a couple of days. Very quick and efficient service, very helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Paul Nelis undertook the EWS1 survey promptly and discussed the building with me which was very useful to understand fire risk and the importance of this survey being done. His communication afterwards was top class and I received the EWS1 document and the accompanying letter of provenance the following day. A very professional service!

Paul, who was our fire safety specialist was great. He was very helpful, clear and understanding of our situation.
Would recommend!

Paul was so quick and efficient in helping - highly recommend!

Very efficient and friendly service. One of the few people who are qualified to provide what lenders require with appropriate certifications. Thank you for providing a great service. Much appreciated.

Paul was proactive with communications, set clear expectations and delivered everything as promised. Would recommend.

Great service from Paul. Was recommended him by our factor and within an hour of me contacting him, I had a response and an appointment booked. Easy to deal with and the report followed the day after the inspection. Hassle free service.

10/10! Emailed multiple companies regarding getting an EWS1 certificate for my property and fire risk assessment Scotland were the first to get back to me. I was unsure what this form was but everything was explained to me. Form was completed and sent to me within 24 hours after the inspection.
Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! Paul works on weekends too. I got my EWS1 without any issue. Thank you.

I am selling an apartment in a block which had no EWS1 and one was required.
Paul attended within a few days of my request and the report followed promptly afterwards.

Arranged for an EWS1 report for a property I am selling. The survey was undertaken promptly and the report followed equally quickly. This was of great assistance as I needed the Home Report amended to satisfy some potential buyers.

I had a great experience dealing with fire risk assessment Scotland. Both before and after the interactions were clear and concise. I would definitely work with them again on future properties.

Booked fire assessment ESW1 certificate. Quick friendly service and cheaper than competitors!

Quick turnaround times, careful inspection, decent price. I would highly recommend to anyone.
