Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniones

From initial enquiry to fast completion, Paul and the team were efficient, informative and friendly when supplying EWS1documentation for my re-mortgage.

I wish I had found Paul sooner, it would have saved me a lot of headache and stress. Very prompt service, quick with updates and sent the required documents within 48hr of the inspection. I managed to get my mortgage offer the same week.

We are doomed when we face to reality that we have to submit ESW1 form to remortgage my rental property, it is relatively new process and and none of the people not able to guided me through (my mortgage broker ,estate agency) what is ESW1 survey and how to do it, So I contacted Paul, his response was very prompt and he guided me through the ESW1 survey process and sent the report 24hours before his promised time ,now I submitted the form and I am sure my remortgage will be approved with his delegated letter and report ,Paul is my life savior, I am shouting out choose the Paul
If you face to reality that external wall survey request from the lender
You will be pleased his high quality service as well as reasonable price.

I needed an EWS 1 Form for my property and found Paul Nelis from Fire Risk Assessment very helpful, quick and efficient. I would be very happy to recommned them.

Really helpful and extremely efficient. I can highly recommend. Forms were completed and returned quickly, and I felt confident that it's OK to ask questions or ask for help in the future.

I required an EWS1 Certificate in order to sell my property. After looking at several other companies I decided to go with Paul as the reviews for him are very good and positive.I was not disappointed. He gave me a date to come out and view the property and did so.The next day he emailed me the EWS1 Certificate. So a very quick and efficient service. There are not many companies that provide this service and I would say Paul not only offers a very good service but at a very competitive rate.
I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

Paul was really helpful and responded to email requests very quickly. The certificate completed the needs for our remortgage and covers up to 5 years. It is quite expensive but there is very little competition for these just now, so it is what it is

Paul's service is exceptional and he certainly goes above and beyond to help his customers. He turned the report around in a remarkably short timescale to allow me to get the documentation to my lender. Someone I will most certainly recommend in the future!

Paul provided an exceptional service going above and beyond to meet a very tight deadline.
I am very grateful for his professionalism and guidance and easing a stressful situation to obtain a EWS1 certificate which I required to sell my property
Thank you

Paul completed the survey very efficiently and there was very little effort required on my part to get the certificate.

Clear quick communications from Paul when he completed my EWS1 form to support the sale of my property. From site review to sharing the report took one day, less that initially proposed which was great. While I could argue about EWS1 forms in general, Paul made the process really easy and efficient, would recommend.

Paul has been a fantastic help. I have recently purchased a flat where the seller and his agents were not upfront about the cladding issues. Things were further compounded by a factor who did not know what they were talking about. This got to the day before we were to complete the transaction and the factor finally produced the reports we had asked to see for weeks. Paul looked at these in the evening, helping us urgently, he provided his professional opinion, and added the context of his own EWS1 assessment of the building. Fantastic knowledgeable service! Thank you.

Dealt with Paul who gave us great advice and very efficient and quick service. Response was quick at every question I had. Thanks again for your information and professional advice.

I had recently just had my home report done and got a bit of a surprise when I found out I would need to have a EWS1 form to continue with my sale / lender . I had looked around and been quoted from other company’s and they were a lot higher than Paul who was recommended from a friend .. Paul was quick at responding and all costs were made clear. The service overall was great it was quick and efficient which is what you need when your trying to sell your property. I would definitely recommended.

Thank you for everything
Kind regards
Nicola

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough, from communication to doing the job on the day he said he would, to then emailing me that same day with the results which helped immensely. I got the certificate the following day a day earlier than I should have. If you need an EWS1 survey and certificate Pauls your man.

This company was recommended by a neighbour and I’d happily recommend them to others too.
Quick, easy, clear and helpful communication from start to finish. Assessment was carried out within the timeframe provided and I received the paperwork within hours of paying the invoice.

Paul was very helpful when I came to him regarding the ESW1 report for my property. He replied to me very quickly and explained everything in detail. An appointment was made straight away and I got my report within a week. What a great service I received and I am really happy with the quote as well. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who seeks professional fire risk assessments. Again, thanks Paul for the service.
