Very good when I really needed them, broken down in France.

Totally unresponsive, don't know if they are still going, no response at all,not good.

Avoid at all costs, I called up Friday and would still be there now if I hadn't called another company. I called up in the evening with a flat tyre I was told the pay for use service was something they did not know if they could do for me and would have to check with first 4 recovery when the opened Monday morning! What type of rescue company is only open weekdays and 9 to 5!

I could afford to lose my weekend work as a taxi, so used another company that attended is 30 minutes,this lot are a joke only but if you want to be abandoned, I tried to go online to speak to them and telephoned as well, no answer to either.

I have taken my business elsewhere and will tell everyone else to if I get the chance.

On line purchase system was easy and clear.

Paying over the phone ok ,but until you use the brake down service , then is only time you say how good the service is , to this date have never had to call ,and hope never to have to call , so will never fine out the quality of service

Excellent online service

Great on line service, I didn't suceed with initial telephone enquiries (2) though.

Policy renewal was simple via the online app.
Thankfully have not had to call on First 4 Recovery's services :-)

Fast easy service

We had our motorhome break down in France. We were dealt with very efficiently, the only problem being the intervening weekend, as French garages don’t work on Saturday or Sunday. As soon as the rear brake kit arrived we were seen to, and on our way. Very pleased with the outcome,as we have been motorhoming in France with no problems for 14 years and had always wondered how we would cope.

When called out were quick and managed to find us.

Easy and understood all of the information
