Easy quote spoke with a representative to make sure policy was active etc the lad i spoke with was spot on and in no rush to get me off the phone spot on and reasonable priced aswell not ripped off like other insurance company thanks again

Unlike last year i could buy my from 1st alternative because they are unscrupulous and extremely unfair
Unlike last year i could buy my insurance in advance of my end date of insurance BUT 1ST ALTERNATIVE would not let me do this because apparently i can’t within the last 21 days of my policy renewal.
This is a blatant SCAM to get maximum monies from policy holders, baring in mind 1st alternative is offering me a 60% increase in my policy payments from my last year with no crashes or claims on my policy.
I wouldn’t touch 1st alternative EVER AGAIN, poor cowboy outfit!
Bad communication chatting to BOTS that keep repeating themselves and is completely useless and when i eventually got through to chat with an operator she was rude and bad mannered and wouldn’t listen to my issue of such an increase in premiums and didn’t have contact with the so called insurance adjusters.
This has to be the worst car insurance company ive had in 40 years!
Never again.

Best 5* defacto price.
First Alternative was one of the results on a compare site. Wasn't the cheapest, but was the cheapest 5* defacto. Price was very competitive and included the optional services. Easy to use website. Policy started today.
