they were very helpful as for some reason paypal changed the delivery address on my order. the lady at first call inks said no problem and changed it to the correct delivery address.

Great quality ink with no problems, excellent value.
Finding an ink cartridge to suit our HP printer is difficult. So quality ink at a sensible price is a bonus and as long as we ignore HP saying not original cartridges,all is well.

One of the ink cartridges did not work on arrival, however customer services were very quick to react and replaced the ink cartridge immediately at no cost.
