I am so sorry that your order appears to hav taken a while to get arrive. I can see it was despatched on Monday do you. I will check with Royal Mail as most orders do arrive within a couple of days but when you opt for standard delivery they very occasionally can take a little longer. Unusual but does happen. We do have other postage options for customers who need their orders urgently.

I am sorry that you were so upset with our long standing policy of not shipping outside of the UK. We may have been able to make an allowance pre Brexit but due to the customs rules now we just aren't able to.
It is really sad that you felt that we only deserved one star simply because we couldn't supply your country when we are very upfront on our site and do mention this. Not for product or for our customer service.
You were offered delivery to a UK address but allowing us only 1.5 working days to get it to you meant the only solution was to refund you.
We are very sorry for your inconvenience.
