I couldn't have purchased my property without the dedicated help and advice from Ben Hart at Fitch & Fitch. From my initial enquiry to getting my keys he was outstanding. He was proactive, efficient and kept me up to date at every stage. I didn't have to worry about a thing and I knew I was in safe hands. He found me the best deal and worked hard to find an alternative provider in good time when the mortgage provider did not accept one of the terms of the Lease. Ben has provided a first class service and is highly recommended. I work in a busy legal sector and did not have any time to do this myself and i am glad that i had Ben looking after me for one of the most important purchases of my life.I will be returning to Ben for future products.

Stephen was honestly a lifesaver for us. After multiple down-valuations and a lot of stress, we were running out of options and starting to lose hope of securing the property. He came in at the perfect time and managed to turn things around.

Stephen was recommended to me by his two previous happy clients. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the process and my situation was a little bit complicated as I was relocating from England to Scotland.
