Everyone I dealt with at Fitch and Fitch was incredibly helpful and kind. I had attempted to apply for one mortgage beforehand, and that was a complete waste of time, it's much simpler with Fitch and Fitch. I will be using them if/when I next move for sure. Huge shout out to Stephen and Emily!

We’re so grateful to Ben Hart and Jay Magee for helping us secure our mortgage. As first-time buyers, we were quite anxious, but they made the whole process so much easier. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer our questions. Their professionalism and support truly put us at ease. Highly recommended.

I felt rushed through at times, for example, we were very briefly talked through options for life insurance and told to email back to arrange a video call to discuss it all, and then we were told that it wasn’t necessary unless there was anything specific to discuss. The broker then filled out a consent form each of our behalves, consenting for our medical records to be accessed - but none of this was even discussed with us, the broker had signed on our behalf as us (put my name in the form and signature). This may be how things are done but it was a surprise as we were not told this would be the case. We were also not given any exclusive rates (which is how the service was sold) and I don’t feel the broker made any difference at all - we could have found the mortgage ourselves. When video calling the call kept braking up, which I understand is not the fault of the broker at all, but it only added to us feeling as though we were agreeing to things we were not sure about. We also had another broker take over and jump into an email chain but they clearly had not been filled in about our case and asked us to send over the same information, leading to duplication and re-explanations. I don’t think the service provided is as straight forward as they claim, I felt like they were trying to rush us through as quickly as possible to get to the next client. Having said that, the brokers themselves are all very nice and approachable when speaking on video call - it’s just a shame the call froze so much. The true benefit is that they will change the rates if the market lowers, which I imagine is a much easier process than if you were trying to do this yourself.

Amazing service from beginning to end, excellent communication, found us a very competitive mortgage with options and offered helpful advice - all the staff members we had contact with went above and beyond, we literally couldn’t fault them or ask for a better service!
