I purchased a Cybex 750AT Arc Trainer from Fitness Superstore. They were great, from the initial selection all the way to delivery and setup. If you want a great machine from a great company use Fitness Superstore.

In a heartbeat. Professional, answered all of my questions I had between choosing two treadmills. Good price and delivered as said. Gave us a one hour window for delivery ( I am use to four to six hours). Wonderful job. And treadmill is awesome.

I recently purchased a refurbished Life Fitness Elevation treadmill from Fitness Superstore and had a fantastic experience. The treadmill arrived in virtually new condition. It could not have been easier and the service we received couldn’t have been better. The two guys that delivered the treadmill weren’t aware of some on site challenges, but quickly came up with an efficient plan to get the treadmill into the house. It was assembled and working in no time. They were utmost professionals.

I purchased a Life Fitness Elevation Discover SE Upright Bike from Fitness Superstore last month and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of this bike. I had some concern with purchasing re-manufactured exercise equipment, but this bike literally looks and works like brand new.

The online purchase process was smooth and I used the Pay Pal credit option which was 6 months no interest. I was contacted a few days later by Maddie who confirmed my order and answered some questions I had asked when I ordered.

The website provides a detailed breakdown of the re manufacturing process. It took about 4 weeks from purchase to delivery and I chose to have the bike delivered whole to the curb. The wood crate built to protect the bike was solid and big! It would not fit through the front door, but the delivery driver was nice enough to bring it around back to our garage and drop it off there. Easy removal from the crate, however, I recommend getting option to have the delivery folks bring it inside your house and to the exact location you want.

We've been using it for several weeks now and it feels like a luxury to have a gym quality bike in our house. I received follow-up emails from the company providing steps for how to upgrade software on the 16" HD console and offering assistance for any issues that arise. Very happy with the level of service they've provided thus far. I read some other reviews before buying and heard that issues were resolved quickly. Hopefully, I have a long time before I need to test my two year warranty, if at all!

We are looking at purchasing a treadmill in the future and we would not hesitate to purchase from Fitness Superstore again. Great experience!

I ordered 3 different machines from the Fitness Super Store and there were some issues that arose as part of the delivery process. Tim the owner quickly got involved with my situation and bent over backwards getting things resolved. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made things right in the end. As the owner of a national company myself I truly appreciate good service and follow through. Fitness Superstore is great! The service is excellent and the units are clean and like brand new. Delivery staff is top notch. We've had several purchases from them over the last few years and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend doing business with this company!

CEO Tim French has been really great to work with; great customer service! He has a deep knowledge of the machines they sell and Fitness Superstore does a great job of refurbishing and offering top of the line equipment.

And...when the equipment arrived, not only was it exactly what I ordered, but Yosef and his partner off loaded all 5 new machines and placed them in my gym, exactly where I requested, with a smile on their faces! Fitness Superstore offered me a great deal on the Jacobs ladder 2. Although, I ran into some troubles with the delivery they were quick to resolve the issue and provide assistance.

This is the only place I use for fitness equipment.Not only do they sell the best they give outstanding customer service and this is essential.They are not just interested in selling to you but are well trained and are happy to explain and advise.

Excellent customer service. Jeannette helped us select a refurbished Precor elliptical and arranged for us to see it when visiting the service center. The elliptical arrived 2 weeks later, looked great and worked exactly like the models we used previously at the gym. The delivery guys were fast and efficient and helped pick up our old Life Fitness treadmill which we traded in. Great overall experience!

Been going to the gym and found I gravitated toward the Cybex Arc Trainer. After a year of only using this machine I decided I would purchase one for myself. Yes – they are expensive.

I was hesitant to buy refurbished thinking brand new is the best option, but discovered (during my research of fitness equipment) that a co-worker had a refurbished elliptical and had been using it for a number of years. He was very happy with it and suggested I get a warranty. Maybe refurbished isn’t too bad…

I then started looking at fitness stores in Northern California; doesn’t seem like there a whole lot of them, especially those that sell refurbished. I came across Fitness Supertore, Inc. and thought I’d check ‘em out.

After narrowing down which Arc Trainer I wanted (625a lower body) I visited their store/warehouse and was impressed with the superb customer service. I was shown a few of the models they had on hand and as a result got a tour of the warehouse. Saw folks working on various fitness equipment and could tell they really strip the machines down and truly rework the equipment. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with making the leap of spending a few thousand dollars on the equipment - still a huge bargain considering how much a brand new Arc Trainer costs.

That said, the Arc Trainer has been delivered. Been giving it some time (before giving a review of the store) to see how the equipment truly performs and I can say without hesitation – I feel like I have a brand new machine. It is perfect.

I like the comfort in knowing that I have a warranty and should something break down the Fitness Superstore, Inc. and their crew will repair it. I don’t expect any breakdowns, but it is nice having the warranty for peace of mind.

I would highly recommend the Fitness Superstore, Inc. to purchase fitness equipment.

I’m actually local to this store that appears to do mostly internet business. I found them by doing a quick google search and saw they were down the street from me. I visited the location and they have a large warehouse full of people actively working on fitness equipment. There isn’t a showroom or dedicated retail space, but they have a ton of equipment and were very willing to get a forklift and pull down various treadmills for me to test out. I’ve been looking for awhile and have been upset with the general quality of most in home treadmills. While the new home workout equipment comes with plenty of entertainment and tech I always feel like the deck is too bouncy, skeaky, rickety or it has a slight jerky feel while running. The equipment here is the same stuff you’ve used in the gym. I tried several and then found the same model that I had grown found of using at my gym. It’s super solid, doesn’t sway or jerk even if I move left, right or back and forth while running and although these machines aren’t silent, the noise is steady and smooth. My last home machine had an annoying squeak that no repairman could eliminate. The team was very helpful, they delivered to my home and had to take apart and reassemble the machine to get it through the small door to my workout room and even disassembled and took away my old machine.

Excellent and positive experience with this store.I highly recommend them for their professionalism.
