My whole family is really enjoying the variable motion trainer. The workout is far superior than our old normal eliptical. It arrived faster than expected and was easy to put together. It probably took 2.5 hours moving slowly and carefully.

I recently purchased a Matrix C7xi Climbmill from Fitness Superstore that had gone through the rigorous refurb process. The machine was delivered in about the time I would have expected for a unit of this size requiring technical work involved in making it like new. I opted for the full delivery which was well worth the money. Fitness Superstore arranged for everything and the three people who came to install it were resourceful and courteous. They navigated a tough bend in a stairwell with can-do attitudes not common these days and my wife who was there for that process had nothing but great things to say.

The machine itself looked brand new and was sold at a significant savings over a new commercial machine. A few small hiccups with some operational aspects when it first arrived, but the staff and particularly Tim, will go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. They were prompt to deliver the necessary parts to fix the problem and gave me the option to fix it myself or schedule a repair. There is not much more you can ask then that. As a business owner myself, I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness address issues head-on and ensure satisfied customers. I will definitely be purchasing any other equipment I need from them based on this experience.

Stephen North was a real pleasure to deal with, taking time to understand fully exactly what we were looking for and then coming up with a few options that would work. The team took care to explain options at the time of purchase and then to assure a smooth delivery asking for photos and stayed in good communication all the way through. The driver negotiated a remote access very well. The delivery team took great care in setting up the treadmill to make sure it was right. We could not tell it was a refurbished machine since it looks and operates like new.

We ordered an elliptical from Fitness Superstore after looking around a several different options. It was delivered almost two weeks ago and the experience has been pleasant, professional and without any hiccups. When I noticed they didn't put on a reading rack, they immediately sent it in the mail without any back and forth. So far, things have been great!

This has been an amazing experience, from point of sale to delivery/installation, service, and support. I did research and fact finding for 2 moths before I decided that FitnessSuperStore was the very best option. I started by asking them very basic questions about the product (Precor EFX 835), service, delivery, and future support. In each case they responded immediately - who does that these days? What makes this the only place to purchase fitness equipment is that they actually re-manufacture the equipment they sell. This allows them to offer warranties that no one else offers because all of the other guys only "refurbish" equipment. Go to their website, FitnessSuperStore.com and watch the short video on their actual re-manufacturing process. This will make a believer out of you. When my Precor was delivered it was perfect. Not a scratch, ding or imperfection. It was brand new, inside and out. If you search on line for this product you will see Amazon and Ebay advertise this same product, however, they do NOT bring the product up to brand new standards. Because of this you can't buy an extended warranty. Additionally, they only do "curb side" delivery, they must think everyone has a fork-lift! FitnessSuperStore delivered and set up my new Precor in the location of my choice. I have a multi-year service warranty and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The CEO of the company, Tim, has created a company committed to 110% customer DELIGHT. I am not just satisfied, I am incredibly delighted. I can't believe in this day and age that a company actually does exactly what they say. Service these days almost always leaves us dissatisfied and looking elsewhere for answers. This will be your one-stop shop for all of your fitness needs. This is the real deal. Thank you Tim, because of your knowledge, integrity, and commitment you have a customer for life.

I recently purchased an elliptical trainer, it was completely refurbished and in excellent condition. Everyone that I communicated with at the store were incredibley profesional and very knowledgeable. It was delivered weeks earlier than promised.
The delivery crew overcame some difficult stairs and an elevator even partially dismantling the machine to get it in the door.

Ordered a rebuild treadmill. The treadmill was rebuilt and delivered sooner than promised. The delivery team was excellent, they put the treadmill where it needed to be and ensured we were ok with everything before leaving. Treadmill was rebuild, however, it looked like new. As requested Fitness superstore in wandsworth is an adequate fitness store with all gym and 'home' gym equipment and necessities. Attentive & competent staff with good competitive prices, All staff including store manager Andrew Aves deal with customers when possible on a one to one making shopping for gym equipment an easy and comfortable experience.
